    In this video I share with you guys my healthy meals and the food that I eat to stay energized throughout the day and keep up with a healthy and fit lifestyle. If you are looking at improving your fitness and health, feel free to follow my diet however, keep in mind that my body is built up from a high metabolism and intense athletic training. Often people believe that if they follow someone's diet/workout exactly the way it is shown, they will look like them but it's important to remember there are genetics and many other factors that play a role in a person's fitness and physique as well. :)
    BREAKFAST: Avocado and cottage cheese on toast, green tea
    SNACK: Fruit and protein bar
    LUNCH: Choc protein shake, pasta with avocado and cheese
    AFTERNOON SNACK: Mango yoghurt with nectarine
    DINNER: Veal schnitzel with chips and vegetables
    DESSERT: Mango
    *A glass of water with every meal/snack too :)
