Circasia and Greece yes, but not Germany, there were no Germans in the any mamluk army. Only some German crusaders that became muslims and stayed in the Levant(Palestine, Lebanon, Syria) were living in there and mixed, but they were not mamluks or any other elite military warriors.

In the eighteenth century, the Georgian Mamluks became so numerous in Iraq and Egypt that they seized power there. As the reason for their abduction from their homeland was the Ottomans, the Georgian Mamluks rightly hated the Ottoman Empire and tried their best to remove Iraq and Egypt from its composition, constantly confronting the Turks. On the other hand, Ottomans often sent Georgians in the service of the empire to suppress their rebellions. As a result of Napoleon Bonaparte's famous military campaign, the domination of the Georgian Mamluks in Egypt was formally put to an end. In fact, the destruction of the Georgian Mamluks happened later, with the cunning plan of the Albanian Ali Bey. He invited the distinguished Georgian Mamluks to him, entertained them lavishly and then killed them. Only one Georgian mamluk managed to survive. He jumped over the prison fence, broke his leg, but escaped death.

Funny how you guys almost always try to insinuate that the Mamluks were exclusively Turkic! You just completely dismiss all of the other peoples who joined the Mamluk ranks along with other arms of the Mamluk army like the Halqa and the Bedouin Arabs. You also just completely forget that these Ghilman were completely raised, trained and equipped by their Arab benefactors. I just love how the Turks just forget that the Janissary corp was almost completely filled from European and Slavic slaves and always claim that the Janissaries are Turk but not the same with the Mamluks! Like seriously, the hypocrisy is freaking crazy!

In any army in the world there are foreigners in small numbers, but this small number is usually not the focus of attention. As for the Mamluks, their surnames are Turkic and their names are either Turkic or Arabic, this also applies to the Bakhrits and Bujiites (about whom they say that they are Circassians. You must understand that the real original Circassians were a Turkic people. Russian historians called the so-called black hoods (Pechenegs) Circassians , Berendeys, Torks, Kaspichs..).Also black (in the sense of real, original) Circassians called a small Turkic people in the Caucasus, which is now called Karachais. The language of the Karachais and Balkars, Kumyks (peoples in the northern Caucasus) of all currently existing languages is closest to the Mamluk language, despite the fact that 600-800 years have passed since the time of the Mamluks, the words of the texts that were then written in Egypt in the Mamluk language are 80-90% understandable to ordinary Karachais and Balkars who know their language.

Today we can read and understand dictionaries and books written under the Mamluks, although many centuries have passed and we have forgotten some words and do not use them now. Our language is a variety of the Turkic languages Karachay, Balkar, Kumyk. we live in the North Caucasus and this song and the music that accompanies this video has nothing to do with us or the Mamluks. why this lie?

Yorumlar çok komik. Siz Mısırlıların tarihi Perslerin ülkenizi işgalinden sonra hep farklı dillerde yazılmıştır.
Persler,Yunanlar,Romalılar,Arablar ve Türkler kendi tarihlerini yazmışlardır Mısır topraklarında.
Kuşkusuz Mısır’daki Memlükler günümüzdeki Rusya ve Kazakistan’dan getirilen Kıpçak Türklerindendi.
    Tolunoğulları ve İhdişidilerde Türk kökenliydi.
Halk elbetteki farklı milletlerden oluşuyordu ancak yönetici kesim ve ordu Türkçe konuşan Türk askerlerdi.
