    Found pottery just broken on a trail next to a creek. Had someone not stepped on it it possibly could have been complete if dug out.

    Great video. We found a lot in North Carolina. This particular pottery is Woodlands Period from 500 bc to 500 ad. The design is made by woven grass on a paddle to smooth out the coils in the process of building the pots. Great video and Thank you!

    Alot of those are effigies the details are almost to small to see without an aide of some sort.
