Hey buddy liking the vlogs and same bike as me. I have a channel too very similar to yours. I noticed you bought the anakee wilds what are your thoughts have they met expectations? Cheers ride safe Jay
Hi Jay, so glad you enjoy the vlogs! I'm very pleased with the Anakee Wilds. Compared to the Anakee Adventures I previously had on the GS the main difference is how much more confidence they inspire on the gravel/sand/mud. On the road the are a bit more vibes at higher speed and certainly a lot noisier. They feel sure footed on the tarmac and seem to have got even better as they have worn (although that could just be me getting used to them). I got over 10K miles out of the Advenures and I think I will get the same out ofd the front Wild. Funnily enough I have just received a replacement rear this very day which I will fit within thew next week or so before heading off to Morocco. I got around 6K out of the rear (and would probably get another 1K at a push but need to change as my next trip is going to clock up around 4.5K in 10 days!). Hope that helps! Safe riding to my friend...
@@TwoWheeledDreamer thanks I’m getting them fitted tomorrow. Just watched your Derbyshire trip that’s my stomping ground. Enjoy Morocco look forward to the vlogs. Keep up the good work and ride safe. Thanks for the info 👍🏼👍🏼
Thank you! The country song is called Heartland: one of my compositions (when not vlogging I'm a songwriter, usually darting back and forth between London and Nashville), I'm playing the all the instruments on this one and my son Danny, is singing. I write and perform all the music for my channel - I can steer well clear of any copyright strikes that way!
Great video, enjoyed it. Good effort in riding some of the best roads we have to offer Both Derbyshireruarilrider and Crazylegsonabike have some great vids of the Peak District
