  • I move the barbatus cory breeding group to a bigger tank. Longer video but man they are a beautiful fish!

    I also just bought them. I have them with angelfish on 77 degrees. Will that be okay for them? Can they tolerate that temperature?

      77 is pretty warm for them. They prefer 60s, 74 is the upper limit I’ve kept them at. They’re typically 72 in the summer and 67 in the winter here. They may do ok but they def like it cooler

    Wouldn't the snails eat the eggs?

      They haven’t. The biggest threat to the eggs are the fish themselves. Typically if i don’t pull the eggs within a few minutes of them laying them, the fish eat them.
