I find it absurd that some people undermined Poème d'Amour Vanessa's release by the fact that they were expecting a dark-skinned doll, and when it didn't happen the moment they wanted it, they tried boycotting her. Vanessa is absolutely gorgeous and one of the best offers of the year, period! Especially for those of us who couldn't attend convention. One can never have enough Vanessas in their collection. This doll will for sure become a Holy Grail in the years to come and I'm sure several will regret not getting her when they had the chance. Adele is also divine! The only thing I would have loved would be for the dress to have the ability of converting from mermaid dress to cocktail dress by letting us remove the blue parts. I ended up preordering both dolls.
I do think this Vanessa fell victim to timing. Had she released at the beginning of the club year people would have been screaming their praises. But I also understand the other side of the argument when we’ve seen this character multiple times this year and there are many other popular characters that didn’t get a single release. Hopefully IT takes all the feedback (good and bad) for the future.
I also wish the blue bottom part of the gown could have been removable to give a cocktail look. That would have been so fun and given collectors even more to have fun with!
Great video! Can’t wait for your 2024 recap on all the dolls. I’m not into bridal dolls but I think this Vanessa set is absolutely stunning. And Adele is gorgeous. I think it’s a strong close out for the year.

I'm not mad that this is already the third Vanessa this year because the first Vanessa (sinujhe) is a lottery doll and the second one is from the convention. Which I'm not able to obtain. So I'm happy for a third one
That’s a great point! She is the first Vanessa that has been available to everyone. I just would have loved to see some FR characters we haven’t seen at all this year such as Natalia.
I ordered both. I’m not a big fan of “ bridal” but this Vanessa is STUNNING!! I own the “ Sophistiquee” Vanessa that was released in 2017 whom many have compared her to, and she is one of my all time favorite Vanessa’s! However she is the 3.0 face sculpt, where this one is the 1.0 which is also one of my favorites. I know with her face screening and hair color she will redress beautifully!! I hesitated because of the price, but as you said, I think she is going to be an absolute GRAIL for collectors!! I thought, I’m going to kick myself when I see her IRL photos if I don’t purchase her. 😩 I also own several Adele’s including “ Pink Glam”, and the 2.0 facial screening NEVER disappoints!! This doll checks all the boxes! Glamorous fashion, great facial screening, fun accessories… just great!! I can not wait to have see her in person!! I knew when I saw her that you would love her because of your reaction to “ Pink Glam” when you did your review. I 💯 agree with you that last years Kyori gift set was more bang for your buck, but I would probably end up paying $175 for just the Vanessa doll nude on the secondary market, so I decided with the extra accessories, lingerie, shoe box ect. that I might as well just but the bullet and order her. They are both listed as “ summer” releases, so I’m hoping there is a little time spaced between their arrivals! $$$
It will be interesting to see how this Adel ties into the “ Registration Exclusive” dolls for the new club year. Maybe they will be other classic FR characters in “ Gaia” type fashions?? I’m hoping the change in title doesn’t mean they will be more expensive.🤞🏻We shall see! Thanks for your thoughts and another great video!
The invitation says it's for the "20th Anniversary Gala". The W Club was introduced in 2005. So, it's been going for 20 years, which will probably be the focus of the 2025 club year.
This Adele does have a screening similar to Pink Glam and I love that! And I think you definitely did the smart thing getting the Vanessa set if you knew you wanted the doll anyways.

New to the channel, new to IT, and new to collecting! OMG, I was collecting Barbies and what an update these dolls are, I accidentally came across IT through Reddit and my wallet is already crying, I have two dolls on the way! They are very expensive, but just WOW-they’re perfection. I’m obsessed! I’ve been learning more about the IT world, and it’s amazing. They make you feel like you’re part of something great and super fun. I can’t wait to sign up for the W group! I’ll definitely be watching your videos to catch up on everything.

The community with IT is one of the best parts in my opinion. It’s not perfect of course but I’ve been able to meet and talk to so many amazing people through IT and it makes the hobby a lot more enjoyable!

I went for both dolls. Vanessa's outfit and accessories sold it for me. I only have one IT bridal doll so this was a nice surprise. I almost passed on adele even though I love her. I'm trying to be more selective. But I just couldn't pass. FOMO was real, because she is so gorgeous and I can pair her in scenes with pink glam adele. I will be more selective in the upcoming club year. I agree, going forward, if I don't absolutely love the doll, I'm going to have to pass.
Being more selective with my IT purchases isn’t easy but it’s necessary for my longevity in this hobby 😂😂😂 But now that I have a really nice sized collection I find it’s easier to be more selective with what dolls I want to add.
@Gregs_corner yes, my collection is pretty varied, so I will enjoy what I have and try my best to be selective. But if this club year is FR heavy, it will be so difficult 😊 to stick to a budget! I'm excited.
Passed on Vanessa. She’s beautiful, but the only pieces that I really wanted were the veil and rose. Will pick those up later.

I have been wanting an Adele release all year long. I have only one Adele in my collection, she's an older Jason Wu. So I can't wait to add this new doll to my collection. In my case, this is my only chance to get Vanessa of this year's releases. I think I like this make up the most among the three, so soft and beautiful. The gift set comes with lots of quality items as shown in the presentation. The wedding gown and the reception dress are beautiful for sure, and somehow I think the reception dress can be used on other dolls for styling. Yet, I have to agree last year's Kyori is impressive when making comparison.
On the other hand, this Adele looks like Tyra Banks in the 90s a lot! I particularly love the gown for the versatile removable fabric. I am now having a FOMO on her!
I’ve heard quite a few people are happy that there was a Vanessa that was available for all club members. I’m happy people who wanted a Vanessa are able to get her.

The Vanessa beige outfit reminded me of 2001-2002 Lush Life Veroniques outfit.
I am noticing that a lot of the outfit material styles are repeats of past ones. I love Adele, but Integrity never sent me my notification on this one or the Vanessa one. I hope they do better on notifications this 2025 year. I guess I wasn't meant to have these.😢
I actually ended up going for Vanessa, I have to pass on the Adele this go around because I'm limiting myself especially when it comes to Integrity Toys. I will probably put myself on a wait list in order to potentially get her. My Pink Glam Adele will enjoy Vanessa's set though.
Being more selective has become a necessity for me with IT. For my wallet and my space haha.

There has definitely been a lot of mermaid dresses but I’m such a sucker for them 😅 And I think Adele’s is a truly exceptional one 😍

I got Vanessa, but the timing for this pre-order was the worst ever with all the bills that they sent out... It's interesting how everyone is different. I loved everything about Vanessa, except the huge box because it will cost me almost halve of the doll's price to ship. And the price of shipping was one of the factors where I was actually not that happy about with this set as I'm mostly out of box collector and I would prefer better international shipping rates instead of overpaying for the box. I'm also not that big on bridal fashion as it takes so much space on the shelve, but I made an exception because I just loved that dress and I don't care if it is bridal or not.
I passed on the Adele, 2.0 mold is my least favorite, however, I liked the new screening and the doll itself. I would've preferred 3.0 though The dress was also not that interesting to me and I try to avoid black or those types of fabrics that can stain the dolls as I don't like to re-body the dolls. I do make exceptions like Guzman or Cold Carbon sets, just because I don't see redressing these dolls like ever. They are perfect to me as they are. So I'm okay with clothes staining these but not when I like the doll and want to play with it at some point.. This is where it gets tricky, so I decided I will not go for the dolls I don't like as a whole thing.
I've been buying too much during my 1st and 2nd club year, so I want to pace myself from now on, as I'm spending way too much on the IT dolls and I think I already have a good amount of dolls in my collection. So I want to be wow-ed in order to buy it.
There are definitely a lot of differing opinions when it comes to these last two dolls. But differing tastes is a good thing. Speaking of differing tastes I think I’m the exact opposite to you when it comes to Adele. I LOVE Adele 2.0 but I’m not a fan of 3.0 at all really. She’s okay to me.
Though I am similar to you when it comes to being more selective. I’ve spent a lot on IT dolls and that has left me with a few dolls that are just okay to me. So I really only want to only add dolls that I’m in love with moving forward.
@ same! Yes, it’s so great that everyone is different in taste and preferences and have similar opinions at the same time. I love to hear different opinions about dolls and how other people choose dolls for their collections.
I love the Vanessa but the price is too steep for me right now. I think the Adele is pretty but she is not my favorite so I am going to pass. I can't wait to see their pictures when members start posting when they arrive. So happy you got your Adele 😊

I’m just not impressed with either doll,for me the fashions on these doll are just not interesting,just copying fashion from runways are just not exciting to me as a collector.i would love designs form a actual designer with a real point of view.I thank its time for a new “designer “Just my opinion.I would love Adele nude.
I’m sure you’ll be able to get your hands on Adele nude from the club forums when she comes out!
And with the 2 new designers joining the IT team maybe one of their styles will align more with what you’re hoping to see.
