Firmware Catastrophe! HUGE Mistake - Can I Fix This?

I was eagerly anticipating the latest firmware update for my HOTA charger, expecting it to unlock incredible new features. With high hopes, I began the installation, envisioning improved performance and smoother controls. However, things took a turn for the worse almost immediately. The update process stalled, leaving my charger unresponsive. Panic set in as I realized the chargers settings were wiped, rendering it completely unusable. Hours of troubleshooting led to no solution, and frustration mounted. Did i fixed it in the end? check out the video.
