The Polk pick was stupid when they could've drafted Adoni Mitchell, whose making plays with the Colts. Drafted ZERO offensive line talent and had Calvin Ridley/ Aiyuk both say no thanks to signing with the Patriots, even though the Pats offered the most money to Aiyuk. I like Mayo but unfortunately he doesn’t look like he’s up to this situation. It’s a giant jump from LB coach/Co-DC (role not in title) to head coach. Especially without an experienced play caller on offense and maybe just not a creative enough offensive mind. It all feels like every coach if flying by the seat of their pants. On top of it the personnel guy is first timer.
