    Burrito info!!
If you dont have a panini press (which looks good but is for sure weird) then heat the tortilla up BEFOREHAND. Slap it on a cast iron skillet if you have one, of not, just heat it in a pan. Load your burrito stuff into it after its warm. That's how its done

One thing I like to do is use plain greek yogurt in place of sour cream to add a little more protein.

Banana pancakes: 1 ripe banana smashed, 2 whole eggs, 1/4 cup oats and 1/2 tsp baking powder or any thickener. You can add cinnamon or berries, etc, to taste. Definitely satisfies the sweet breakfast craving.

Awesome recipes! I have an easy one for you and it tastes very good.
    Rice, Tuna and eggs.
Cook the tuna in a pan, add lemon, salt and pepper.
Add approximately the same amount of rice proportionate to the tuna and mix.
Add 2 whole mixed eggs a little more salt and pepper. Then mix and let it cook.
You can add Salsa macha which is spicy chile flakes in vegetable oil to add flavor.
I like it because it gives plenty of nutrients and you can have it with a side of greens.
    Cheers!

lost 45lbs eating pretty much chilli for a few months :P now i make the best chilli.
tricking yourself into eating vegetables really is the key.
though i would say chilli is better if you boil off most of the moisture, just to the point where you could eat it with a fork, then its perfect.

I add a few varieties of chilis and use the canned whole tomatoes. After simmering in the pot, pressure cooker or crock pot, they break down nicely. A little beer in with the protein also brings dinner flavor to the party. I quit using tomato paste and sauce and tend to get a richer flavor, just drain the tomatoes first, so you don't have the dreaded can flavor!

Favorite food is salsa chicken. Cook chicken in the crock pot with a jar of herdez hot salsa, cumin, and chili powder. When it's done shred it up. Serve it as a burrito, tacos, wrap, taco salad, or burrito bowl.
My new favorite is the trader Joe's cilantro jalapeno hummus. I smear some on a tortilla, add the salsa chicken, some spinach. Roll it up and it's a delicious meal.

    Hi meg
You could try making your tortilla out of egg whites and oats if you want to cut down on carbs.
    100g egg whites
20g oats blenderized so it is like flour
    Salt and pepper
Add it in a bowl and mix it together
Fry it on both sides like a pancake
Add whatever ingredients you want on top. Wrap it and eat. I have this at breakfast my filling is 2 eggs, 2 turkey bacon cheese salsa and guacamole. Tastes great and it’s very high protein and low carb.

yo meg, my all time favorite recipe is taco salads! I just cook up some ground turkey or WHATEVER, add black beans for extra protein, then I add peppers and onions to the meat too if I have it. Season with taco seasoning. I usually eat mine on a bed of leafy greens but it's highly customizable. You can make a taco bowl by adding rice, then top with avocado, shredded cheese, salsa, ETC!!

My husband makes chicken kilaguen. It’s
Simply just bbq’d chicken thighs that could be preseasoned with salt and minimal pepper. After cooking it he’ll chop it up add in diced onions, green onions, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder and any kind of ground up red peppers. Best with booney peppers but we can’t always find it. Eat with rice.

My go to salad: pre-cooked prawns (they’re usually frozen)+ any green leaves, tomato, a pepper for colour and crunch, drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice.
My usual meals are a berry protein smoothie, beef chilli, and baked salmon/trout. If I can’t be arsed with a smoothie, I’ll have for breakfast: boiled/fried egg, avocado, and smoked salmon or any cold meat.

My go to Protein recipe(s) are the same three ingredients cooked different ways. I love protein pancakes/waffles, but they always have a terrible texture in my opinion with egg in them. So I played around with it and finally found some that I love. I'll cook this as a waffle, in a mini bundt cake pan, muffin pan, or as a pancake.
1 scoop protein (I use Blueberry Cheesecake)
    2 TBS Self Rising Flour
    1/4 tsp baking powder
Mic dry ingredients first and then just enough water to make a thick batter. Cook in a waffle iron or different kinds or baking pan in the oven at 350 until done all the way. Boom. The best protein baked goodie ever!🖤

My easy recipe: cut up sweet potato, cauliflower and any other veggie you like (sweet peppers or broccoli, dealers choice) and chicken sausage, add olive oil and whatever spice mix you like (I use a general one from Trader Joes), into one big dish and roast for about 45 minutes on 425, stirring halfway through. Add avocado if you need to add fats, or extra sausage for more protein, or add that fried egg on top of this too :)

Flip the knife around and use the spine to scrape the veggies into the pot. You'll stop ruining the edges on your knifes.
