i think with foul charge battery you have better results, the nokta is common if the battery is one line go down loose a lot of power. sorry for my english 🙂
Can't beat it for the price. The recovery speede was super fast and the VDIs were solid, and even at fringe depth the signals were audible - although slightly. It's more than capable for a first time detector. Nokta has better machines when someone decides to move up the ranks :)
Yo Canuck,,,yes you can beat it for the price,,the quest X5 picks up the small coin at 12 inches,,so I'm air if it's twice the length then it's twice the depth,,also the 5 has a ground balance worth the money,,now I like the Nokta but this machine only kicks it's own arse,,
I just watched an air test video on UA-cam featuring the Quest X5. According to what I saw, that machine was picking up most showcased targets at no more than 6.5 inches. Yes, that’s a little more than the FindX, but to say it would pick up the smallest coin at 12 inches; maybe it will. I’m just going off what I have seen from the video I watched. I plan to do this bench test once more with the machine in field mode. I’m going to see if there is a difference. I am glad there are good options for people who don’t want to spend over $200. Thanks for watching my channel.
No, it isn’t. It is produced at the Nokta factory in Turkey. This detector was never meant to find coins at a foot down or more. If so, what would be the purpose of a Simplex, Score or Legend? Understand that Chinese garbage detectors beep on anything, everything and nothing at all. They are total trash. I have tested quite a few of them and made videos of how terrible they are. This isn’t the only tests I’m going to do with this detector. I have only ran it in Park mode. We may be able to get more depth out of field mode.
I'm not very impressed with the depth numbers you are coming up with. 4-5 inches for a penny? For the same price, my Quest X5 will cleanly pick up a clad dime at nearly 8 inches (air test in coin mode), and it has a much smaller coil than the FindX does. This is odd. I would have expected the FindX to have far better depth numbers than its price/value competitor.
I agree. As advertised, this detector is to give people an option who only have money to buy one less than $200. This one is much better than the cheap stuff being sold on Amazon.
Thank you Stephen for the information on this detector !
Given the price point of this product, I'm happy with the results you've demonstrated. Nice job!
Thanks for watching
This thing does have an amazing recovery speed! Great beginner's MD! God bless!
I was impressed with that!
Thanks for your help. And you and your family have a wonderful memorial day
Same to you

i like air test they are helpful to some degree.. Thanks for sharing .. Peace
I know it was big but I did dig a very nice horse shoe at 13 inches with my FindX
Wow! That amazing!
Hey I purchased ticket to Digstock 10 In Greenville NC in December. Have you been to one before. First time going to an event.
I have never been there nor to any big events. I’m hoping next year to go to a couple.
Good info
It's not the detector it's the person who using it can make that difference
Proszę sprawdzić na cewce sx24 9.5". Wynik będzie lepszy. Pozdrawiam.

Well said!
The field mode is better than park
I’ll be out with it again soon.
NEXT TIME PLEASE PUT A RULER IN CM NEXT TO THE INCHES TO GET AN IDEA WITHOUT HAVING TO USE A CONVERTER

OMG that's terrible is a 12" coil too.
Is it a rebadged Chinese detector with a Nokta name?

Ouch, the sound is way too painful, so a big no for me.
