Peace - wonderful video - simple and straight forward. It mirrored my own journey in core values. The only thing i would add is that living by your core values is often a stern battle against self-centeredness which must be fought.

I haven’t actually written down my core values before but certain values I’ve internalised include: Excellence, although I’ve failed many times. I’ve also internalised a value that Nothing ever goes wrong under my watch. I really enjoy impact. Money has never been my goal, I wouldn’t know if this is weird. I indirectly learned Consistency from my mum and that’s my best value ever.
Core values provide security .. this is why people say "be yourself" .. because being yourself prevents you from being insecure. But if you don't know yourself .. then how could you be yourself?

then that's not your core value if you've failed at it. It's your ideal value, which is great but your core value is what you actually do or don't do.
