When i first started oil painting, i only had 5 colors, cadmium red, cadmium yellow, ultramarine blue, titanium white and ivory black. I did all kinds of paintings with those colors. This video is great! I also find that adding just a few more colors will make it possible to mix almost any color. I can't remember all of the names of the other colors, but having a good hue range of red, yellow, and blue is the trick.

However, I decided a while ago that I wanted to add more color to my drawings. Most videos... I just cannot understand. Some people, they can do art.. but they cannot teach it that well.
