I'm totally going to try this since I have hooded lids and often have trouble placing my lashes.
Me too! I have a terrible time trying to put lashes on my hooded eyes.
I fell in love with YOU just now! Thank you so much! I'm 46 and am having a very hard time getting old! It's the hardest thing for a woman to have to do😠🫤🥹 grow old and watch all these younger chicks take away our glory lol
I just turned 77.5 , and no wrinkles on my face yet, but my hands and arms are a total road map !! It's bad!!! I worked outdoors in construction alot , messing arou nd with concrete etc. Never ever wore sunscreen !!
So I am half lucky or 1/4 lucky LOL But I can pass for 40 if no one sees my hands and arms , so gloves and long sleeves help a lot! Yes getting Old is the PITS !! But being a NICE PERSON and being KIND to Everyone , really helps me to keep my mind off of such things !!
I have such a hard time putting on lashes and im definately going to try your method thank you so much sweetie! Im always looking for easier ways to do things, but the lashes are too tedious for me. Im 63 and new at the game.
I came to UA-cam searching for this exact method whether someone has tried it out.
I believe this is the correct way to apply falsies... Thanks my dia. I am surely trying this. Gal from Uganda,🇺🇬
One of the BEST, EASY INSTRUCTIONS I have watched on applying falsies!! Thank You! I have extremely hooded eyes. I LOVE UNDERNEATH!! Truly is a GAME CHANGER!!
Thankyou so much for this video!! This is an absolute game changer, I have always struggled to apply false lashes on top of my lashes, they never sat properly, the inner corner would always lift and they didn't look natural. This method is SO much easier, they look and feel so much better, much more natural and so much quicker. Thankyou from an Australian lash lover 💕💕
I instantly subscribed. I love your style and the calming aesthetic to your videos. Youre a great teacher too!
I just bought my first pair of falsies and I'm so thrilled I found your UNDER method! Thank you😘
LOLOLOL THE PREVIEW PHOTO IS GLORIOUS. I will try this....one day......maybe when I can do eyeliner without shaking....
😊😊😊😊😊😊
🐺🥸 yeah, I'm considering false lashes for the first time in years. Have a great weekend 💕
Let me know if it works! Have a great weekend xoxox
This is so awesome and definitely the way I am going to start applying my lashes! A last little tip I can add as a last step regardless of how you apply your lashes, is once they are completely dry you can run a clean spoolie through the lashes to push them up a bit and fluff them out.
Great tip!
You've just completely changed my life for the better! THIS is the epitome of a girls' must 'life hack'. Seriously. You made it look so easy in your video, but with your easy to understand and direct explanations, I was able to successfully apply my lashes using the 'under method' near seamlessly; truly was as easy as it looks! I'm never going back to the old method, fighting to get the corners to stay put and if i didn't eventually give up, my makeup would be smeared by the end or it was apparent how fake my lashes were AND that I didn't know what i was doing! Thank you X a million! Absolute game changer for me and a huge confidence boost :)
I’m so glad to hear that it worked for you!
YEEEEAAAAAAHH! The video I have been waiting for lol. You my dear ….. are a green goddess 😌
aww shucks😅
I would watch the hell out of Nikkimaking Green Goddess dressing
Oh wow you make it look so easy!! I must try this as my own lashes get in the way trying to go in on top, especially if I have mascara already applied
I hope it will work for you!!
Same here! My top lashes have a natural curl to them and whenever I put on my false lashes my real ones get in the way and they end up sticking to my lashes and not the line of my lashes. Especially the outer corner lashes which curl up to my skin.
I have always wanted to wear lashes...and your tutorial makes me think I can do it!!!👁👁
This was amazing! So helpful! Also because i get a little extra glue on my real lashes it makes the falses stay so much better!
I have a hard time putting on false lashes but I really like this method way better so I will try again😊…thank you
Nikki, geweldig....dit was zo duidelijk, ga meteen aan de slag. Echt een fantastische uitleg
Thanks for sharing this with us Nikki. I just started getting into false lashes. I have hooded eyes with not a lot of space on my lid between my lashes and eyebrow. I purchased some mini lashes on black friday to experiment with, but I haven't had much success. I can't wait to try this method. These lashes look beautiful on you!! 💚🐺
Let me know if this method works for you!
@Bailey me to hooded eyes 👀 I'm going to try this method
Your eyebrows look awesome too! Very good eyelash tutorial! I’m going to try this tonight when I get home. Thank you✨
I just stumbled upon your Video! I cant wait to try this! I love spooky stuff too! You're amazing 🤩 thanks for the Tips girl!
Hallo!
If I'll have re-try Falses, for sure I'll try this method. One thing it's putting me off them is that all that effort and then I'll see them odd/the band(even professionally applied, I can see...) or I'm afraid they'll move during the day.
Thanks a lot for the way you explain things. It's detailed, it's how my brain understands best 🤩
I’m so glad that you taught me how to do this because it is a game changer when I want them to stay on longer ❤
They just feel so much better this way!
Thank you for the video. I’m 40 and I tend to get lash extensions but it gets so expensive so I’m going to be trying this. I subscribed, again thanks!
I'm definitely going to try this method, thanks!
This is awesome!! I just tried this technique and they look so much better applied underneath. Thank you so much from America!
I am going to try this method! Thanks for this tutorial.
Hi Nikki. I am a new subscriber to your channel. THIS VIDEO IS FABULOUS - by far the best description of applying false eyelashes underneath.
I wish this video was around two years ago when I ripped out a chunk of lashes on the right side with an eyelash curler. My lashes are junk (pale, straight, sparse) to begin with and that damaged area never recovered. I decided to cover them up with falsies.
It has taken me TWO YEARS to learn how to apply false eyelashes underneath the lashes. I have no coordination. I was that kid in kindergarten that had their glue taken away. I got false eyelash glue on my fringe, on my face, in my eyes and on the mirror. The lashes fell off. To my horror one strip flew away at the salon when my stylist was blow drying my hair 😂
I watched and re-watched every UA-cam false eyelash application video and the steps were so rushed and filmed so far away.
A video like yours would have made a world of difference for someone like me. I love your energy ❤
I’m so glad it helped!🥰
Great video, looks great ❤
❤ I will certainly try this really awesome I saw your video I’m excited to watch how you put on lashes I’m going to try it.
What a great way to put on eyelashes, I will definitely try this method.
Thank you for this technique😊
Thank you so much for this hack!
Thank you for this video. Best one I've seen
thanks mama 💖 gonna go try this now
Can wait to try this technique😊
I hope it works for you🥰

Please do!
Somehow I missed this. Thank you!
I've tried wearing falsies in the past but I could never get the hang of applying them. I've been wanting to try them again lately; I'm going to give this method a try. Thanks for the tip!
I hope it works🥰
I’m gonna do this for my next date night
❤I will try them asap
Just discovered your channel, and instantly subbed!❤✌👍🏻
Welcome!
Hello??? Just tried it love it!
Wow Amazing
Thanks for sharing
I am 39yros and I'm am trying to get into eyelashes. I have tried everything possible to wear them and nothing seems to help. I will definitely be trying this in the morning when I get ready. I hope this works for me.
Going to try this
Love it thnx
🐺🐺🐺 it’s May 2024 just wanted to let you know that I have only just found you and your channel and that was the best tutorial on doing that style of lashes I’ve seen!!! ❤
Thank you so much for a good tutorial. I am going to try this way. Can't have falsies due to hooded, wrinkle lids.
Please let me know if it works for you!
@@NikkiRaven I get back to you.
@@NikkiRaven I've tried the eyelash trick. Besides putting glue everywhere and gluing the eye together a bit, I got eyelashes in place for the first time in my life. I need to practice so they end up further out to the side, but otherwise this is the method I have come to use. They were also stuck like rock so oil cleaning was a must. Thank you so much for the tip and a very good tutorial.
@@jennyklingstedt Im so glad it was helpful!
@@jennyklingstedt wow you inspired me I'm going to try tomorrow
Just subscribed..wow this is a game chnager
I cant do lash extensions because im allergic to the glue...so i qesr falsies the traditional way. Just did this this and they literally look like lash extensions..thank u!
Thank you
🐺 this looks scary to do but I wanna try it! They looks so natural!! It doesn’t bother the contacts at all? I wear contacts so just wondering!
🐺🐺 I'm a new Subscriber thanks for this video I really needed this to help me with my eyelashes 😍💜 yours turned out lovely ✨💜✨💜😍😍😍
I struggle putting lashes on top because my natural lashes curl back so far it's really difficult to get behind them without touching the band to my lid accidentally. I might try this but I'm scared lol.
Nikki this tutorial was awesome!!! Especially for us mature ladies♥️ Do you have any tips and tricks when it's time to remove them? I wear contact lenses and I find it tricky to remove the lashes, with oil based cleanser, when I place them underneath.
I wear contacts too, I use a micellar water for waterproof makeup, press the cotton pads on my eyes for a few seconds, the fold it on half and press it to the bottom of the falsie. Then I remove my eye makeup by swiping down, if i do that a few times, the falsie usually comes off and if not the glue is dissolved enough that I can pull it off (I usually pull from the inner corner out)
Thank you for asking this question! I too wear contacts and thus same boat. ANd I also greatly appreciate @NikkiRaven for her reply! I used her recommendation this morning and it worked perfectly! Also gave a good clean to the lashes without damaging them; I reuse and try to get as much out of my falsies as possible! XD
Wow.. it is so much easier to place them underneath. They look much more natural too 😃
Great video - do you mind showing or telling us how to remove them without pulling out your own lashes - how long do you leave them on?
I take them off at night and I remove them by pressing a cottonround with micellar water (for waterproof makeup) on my eyes and then gently wipe my eye makeup off. That usually removes the lashes as well
Thank you for sharing and you are so simple, clear details and cool. You are so beautiful! after watching you I want to try it. Can they be bath or swimming? how many days can they be used? Thanks so much 😍
I’ve never went swimming with false lashes on, but I think you’ll be alright as long as you don’t swim under water🤔
The glue I am using is ment for daily use, so it’s best to remove the lashes before bed. The lashes themselves can be used quite often, but it depends on the lashes. I have lashes that I have used for months before they broke, some brake after a few uses
I will try once my falsies arrive
This is a really cool video. My question every time I see lashes though, is how do you get them OFF? I get so nervous around my eyes (I have very sensitive eyes, esp after I had surgery last year) that I'd be afraid I'd pull off my lashes or something.
The easiest way is to press a cotton round with micellar water onto your eyes and gently swipe down, the glue dissolves and you can easely pull them off
Thank you so much for this! Not sure if I can do this because my eyes might be too sensitive (I gave up on tightlining for that reason), but I'm definitely going to try it! I have the same question as others as to when/where you put on mascara? Do you not need mascara when you do falsies this way? Thanks!!
I coat the top and bottom of my lashes with mascara, before I put on my lashes. That way my own lashes and the falsie blend together.
Sometimes I also put mascara on my false lashes, but (depending on the mascara) it can make the falsies a but yucky. I use a tubing mascara (that you wash of with warm water) and that one doesn't make my falsies nasty LOL
@@NikkiRaven Thank you! I tried this and it was a disaster! LOL Will try again without mascara until I get the hang of the placement. Thanks again for this tip; I had no idea this was even an option!
@@NikkiRavenit is so hard to get them off,I get glue on my lashes and tear them a lot. Losion for removing doesn't do anything so I try for few days to get everything off. I love this video though❤
@@majanovak7700 I use micellar water for waterproof makeup, that resolves the glue the best for me, but I als get glue stuck in my lashes and have to pull that out. That is the downside of wearing lashes for sure
Oh my goodness. This looks like what I need to do. My eyes are so small I fight with falsies but I love to wear them. I'll try and let you know what happens when I try.
Yes please do!
It worked. I didn't trim the lashes enough, but it was so easy. Thank you so much. I posted them on IG and tagged you.
Your accent sounds Spanish, but it's actually Dutch!
Are you gluing to the waterline or the actual lashes on the lash line?
I glue at the base of my lashes, just above the waterline😊
Nope LoL I work in the Emergency Department and a girl came in with lash glue in her eye trying this 😂
So I've tried this a few times and I'm getting better at it. But I always feel like the glue is a little sticky and a little annoying when I blink. Am I using too much glue? Or do I need to let it dry more before applying the lashes? Or would you recommend trying placing the glue on my lashes as opposed to the falsies?
I have that too sometimes. I think it has to do with the amount of glue and the falsie band. I have noticed that i feel that tacky feeling more with falsies that have a thicker band or a fabric type band. And if I use too much glue, especially in the layer I put on my own lashes.
What you can try is to use a brush handle to push your own lashes up so can place the glue right at the base of your lashes. Use a thin layer and also put glue on the lash band.❤️
Might try, don't generally wear lashes as sure I would poke myself in the eye 🙈🐺
😅
Falsies is a no for me. I couldn't even do contact lenses years ago. Now I watch every surgical procedure but not one that deals with the eyes. I'm too weird but that's OK 🐺
I can't watch eye surgeries either😅
The trick with this is to look in the mirror at what you are doing not at your eyes😘
Oh hell no, that has disaster written all over it I would defo glue my eyes shut LOL :0) xx
😂😂
How do you remove it take care of lashes
I use micellar water for waterproof makeup to remove the lashes and then pick off the remaining glue off the lash when it’s dry
Have you seen the hack of resting them on your lower lashes then closing your eyes? Nikkia Joy just did a youtube short testing it xx
I did and I want to try it!
@@NikkiRaven where can I find this video

@@NikkiRaven hi again where is the video on IG want to check out
Just when i want to try this, cant find my tweezers
❤
Onto what does the glue adhere? The lashes? Wouldn’t you yank off all your lashes removing them?
I thought we glued to skin?
🐺
I dissolve the glue first with micellar water🥰
Nikki...HOW LONG WOULD THE FALSIES REMAIN IN PLACE WITH THIS METHOD ???
My DIY cluster eyelash extentions were so hard to do ...and walked all over my eye! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
They stay all day! I don't know if they will stay for longer😅
i tried this AMAZING technique last night almost direcly after watching this tutorial...that was roughly 7pm. It is now about 10:20am the next morning and I am still wearing my falsies!! XD Now I never sleep with them on mosly because I also wear contacts. However I was simply too lazy last night and just let it happen lol I use waterproof Duo glue for my falsies (also a setting spray once my face is entirely painted- although I don't know if that helps with the lashes really at all) and I should also note, not a any point did I reapply or touch up my glue / lashes. And to my surprise, waking up about 8am, they're still intact! I look good :P hehe but if I were to go out I'd touch up the inner edges, oherwise I am pleasantly shocked and surprised, amazed reallly with this under method; I lovvvvvve it!
How do you remove the lashes
Press a cotton pad with some micellar water on your eyes, that will start dissolving the glue, then just pull on one corner of the lash and either pull towards your nose or your ear, depending on where you started
How long do they last?
All day😊
Do your eyes ever feel irritated?
Can I wear reading glasses and I have a hard time putting the lashes on because I can barely see them does anybody have any help
I can wear my glasses when I am wearing lashes, I just have to make sure the lashes aren't extremely long.
I have a 10x magnifying mirror when I put them on😘
@Nikki Raven that's what I need 😀🤗 did you get yours
@@mariavirgo1647 I bought mine at bol.com it is a Dutch site like Amazon😅
This looks amazing, but I feel too scared
👁💙
They look really natural…I don’t wear false lashes…though I have tried. I am afraid to mess up my makeup look…this looks a bit daunting 🐺
This method doesn't mess up the makeup look because you put them on underneath. Even if I remove them, my eye makeup stays intact (although my own lashes clump together a bit more because of the glue)
The beginnings of DIY under the lashes…
🐺
👁️
I’ve been meaning to try this but I feel like I won’t like it lol
I usually don't feel them at all!
@@NikkiRaven good to know
🐺 👁️
🥰🥰🥰
So ,when you take these off ?? Does it also pull some of your real lashes out ?? Also what do you use when removing them ??? Soap and water ?? , that would really burn !!!! Or then what ??
I take them off at night. First I use micellar water for waterproof makeup. Put it on a cotton pad and hold it to my eyes for a little while. Then gently wipe down, they usually come off when I do that and if not I gently pull them off from the outside in.
With the glue I use I never pulled my own lashes off, I’ve only had that happen when I used glue with latex in it☺️
I wish i could try this, but my eyes irritate so easily. I'd cry those right off
Btw, there's no subscribe button 🤔
Very nice review i have to try that. Thanks for sharing xoxolynette3232.
