My parents meet in Indianapolis. My daddy took us three small kids, to a little Catholic church in a ping-pong room, at the University of Hawaii, in the 1970s. "Hosanna" is the only song I recall from those days. I played your music for my dad the last time I saw him, we all enjoyed it. Many times we spoke of, and I sang, the Hosanna song, but I had no idea you sang it, until after the funeral 2 months ago,. My sister was delusional with grief, when "Hosanna" just came on the Alexa player after I said," Play Josh Garrels".. I was overwhelmed. She said," You see Daddy is here". I tell her," Abba" our Father in heaven is with us as we are remembering our earthly Daddy, whom we believe is with Christ. Aloha/love & Shalom " Shaloha", the Schoch family
Oh Lord Josh has really really given his best in this song! I was born into a Christian family baptized in the holy ghost when I was 18, then when I turned 20 my life would not go as I thought. Drug addictions in trouble with the law for the fallowing 24 yrs of my life. Slamming meth in my veins it would take everything I loved by the time I was done with it. My daughter hates me I lost two ranches and am now trying to start my third. In my early twenties I owed money to the cartel and had to work it off by taxing other people that owed them money. My crew and I would kick the door in and take whatever they had of value. I hated it but it was that or my life! Tonight I heard this song and it dropped me to my knees as I cried and prayed in the spirit! Feeling gods love and mercy sweeping over me again and again! Thank you Josh for singing this song!

My life has also been troubled but in another way, but also difficult... I just want to remind you that God is there and does not forget you and neither does your family... I felt motivated to write to you and give you encouragement, I speak very little English (I speak Spanish) so I am using Google translate to give you these words of encouragement... Always seek the Lord, He will always be for you and you will never be bad enough, corrupt or dirty enough that He does not respond to your cry... You didn't mention Christ once in your testimony and you took the name of the Lord in vain to open your comment. God's word tells us to examine ourselves to see if we're in the faith. It says we'll know them by their fruits. Are you saved?

Any time I hear people complain about worship songs today being too repetitive I simply point them to THIS song written in 1966 and the scripture in Revelation on which it's based. If those 4 living creatures can spend all eternity in the presence of God singing over and over again "Holy Holy Holy" then surely you can sing another chorus!

This is actually an old song from the 80's. It was part of the whole Maranatha or Integrity praise and worship labels. I used to play this song sometimes when I led worship. The funny thing is that I played it very similar to how Josh covers it. The Spirit would show Himself when this song was played in worship. It was awesome.
