- In this video I show you how to map a keystroke and add ( ctrl, shift, alt,) keys to joystick buttons to make a pseudo macro that has totally independent manual timing with out using the super annoying "macros" tab. I'll demonstrate how these tricks can be used to rotate a hat switch 45 degrees to slide diagonally but this technique can be used for many game functions.

Since comments are off on it for some reason... In your "VKB Gladiator NXT EVO Premium Trigger MOD Hack 2023 06 23" shouldn't be necessary if you update your firmware/config. There's a new mode for buttons, "ButtonD", where "Button is automatically released (even if physically stays depressed) if linked button i.e. master button is pressed." They go on in the docs to explicitly mention the 2 stage trigger and basically how it's entirely for that use case.

I have the Gladiator NXT Evo with the KG12 stick. The HAT button is sketchy as hell to try to use it as a direction look.
I want to program the hat to up is UP view, down is DOWN view etc but it's so confusing the way the hat returns numbers that in a game it is dodgy as hell.
So what you have done is what I want to do but with view/mouse look.
I figured a much quicker and easier solution without SHIFTing and virtual buttons... so it will not mess up with your other games.
Set Macro to the same button as your pip assignment, then assign Macro to the same button in your profile, and bum! you have the desired behaviour: one click one pip, hold it to max out pips.
