@@JL117 for work and taking notes everyday. Im a Structural Engineer and I use my Air 3 as a notebook. I have the iPad Pro 6th Gen 12.9 in too, but I use it as a second monitor on my computer.
I’ve had this Ipad for 3 years now, the only thing is I feel like the battery is depleting faster it used to, however it still feels as fast as the day I got it.
Thank you very much for this review! I just bought the iPad Air 3 because I was looking for something simple and reliable for school. This seems like it will be a perfect fit.
I’ve had this iPad for years then I passed it onto my wife she passed it onto my daughter who has just passed it back to me again and it’s still fantastic..I recently got the latest iPad Pro but I tend to pick up my iPad Air if im using it at work for example and it never lets me down..great review
i currently own a ipad air 3, don’t plan on getting a new one until it stops receiving updates. mind asking for the wallpaper at the start of the video?
My kids still use these daily for UA-cam, Minecraft and Roblox, plus a handful of other games. They still run great, they are showing their age a bit but nothing that’s stopped them from using them so far lol
unfortunately, it seems like if you want pressure sensitivity, you will need to get a first-generation apple pen. i'm sure most people don't care about that, but if you're an artist like me, pressure sensitivity is literally the most important thing D:
I’ve been using it from the release. My only problem is screen burn/bright spot near the home button. Other than that, everything still runs very smooth. My primary use are note taking, gaming, watch videos etc.
my regular iPad second generation was good until a few years ago at least for some of the apps I was using so I would imagine the iPod air is going to go for 10 years with updates after that I would not assume anything. what a bummer second generation is still practically in mint condition even though I can't use it!
This video popped out in my feed surely because I've been considering replacing my iPad Air 3rd Gen for an M2 ahead of the release of iPadOS18. I also use it every day and it's pretty solid. Maybe I missed this from your video but there's one unique, classic feature I love: the 1/8" headphone/mic input.
I'm planning on getting one cuz of two reasons. The design, I am a big fan of the old school simple design of iPads and I personally prefer it. Second reason is the price and what it provides for only
Ok, I ask for suggestions please... I am thinking of buying this iPad or the 8th generation iPad, not for myself, but to give to a close friend as a gift, and I don't know which is better since they both have the same chip and almost the same specs, so maybe the thing is that I don't want him to use it as a work device, just for gaming... plus we both play the same games, and I've been lending him mine, but I really want him to have one, we just play Supercell games but he also likes to play LOL, do you think this iPad would be enough?
@ it’s unchargeable because I accidentally bent the lightning port when I probably rolled over it with my chair caster. Then I cracked the screen when trying to bend the port back. Sitting in a box, will probably trash it. It was very very slow anyway. I got the iPad Air M2 and it is nice but cost a bit much.
My wife wants to try out a ipad. Tiktok influence she started looking over at refurbished models as she doesn't want to spend full price on a new device that she might end up not using. Fortunately on local market I've found a air 3 with a pen and case. She was looking at ipads 6-8 😅 If actually ends up being used I'll buy her a newer one. Same thing happened with a laptop she wanted one got a Dell latitude e7280 and ended up being used few times a year never bothered upgrading it to a newer model
I've been using my iPad Air 3 since 2019 everyday. Still definitely worth it. It's great.
What is the battery like since you’ve been using it everyday?
@@JL117 same as always. No complain about it. Its brilliant still.
@@angelquintero116 thanks for the response that’s awesome! What do you use yours for?

“I’ve been using this since 2019-my first Apple product, and it’s seriously awesome!”
Just bought this iPad at a pawn shop for $25 lol
This still an amazing device! we used one in the studio for like 4 years with no problems and still counting. Very good review by the way!
Still have mine, and it works like new still!

Same😊

Guys can you all please share how’s the battery life?
@@hardikpatel5070on mine it’s terrible I’ve had it since 2020 and it lasts on full charge about 30mins-1h depending on what I do
Considering getting this second hand over the iPad 9th gen but the age is holding me back…
Yes the ram is definitely the main issue I’ve faced with this iPad over the years

Exactly the kind of review that tells you everything you need to hear when considering buying a used device. Thank you

Ipad Air 3 or Ipad Pro 10.5inch(2017). Which one will be a good deal?

As a fan of retro vibes pics, the camera is perfect.
Who else is watching this on a iPad Air 3rd gen?

Even though I haven't watched your vids in a minute due to irl problems, glad to see you're still consistent
I hate the redesign and the pro 10.5 didn’t get iOS 18… so this was the best choice for 200…
😒 duh
Just bought iPad on ebay for $80 💪😎🎸
