You usually cannot buy seasonal styles using replay badges. You have to get the style with each character. The new Lexsuit style was an exception somehow.
Got the regular Speed Force and Reverse Speed Force gear, but used the OG Flash cowl instead of new cowl. The new cowl looks too weird to me. The OG Flash cowl looks good on the new suit.

If you have multiple characters you can run each of the daily events and raids with each of them earning plenty of crowns to buy the gear. Then put them in your shared bank and give them to your character of choice. The main anti monitor fight called Centennial Collapse can earn you 18 crowns just from that fight. So if you play daily and with multiple characters there is a chance to get the gear fairly quick. Just takes a bit of grinding. Pretty sure soon we will receive an anniversary gift which will give us a Combat rating boost so if you don't have many high characters this will help instantly level one. Hope this helps. You mentioned that we might have to wait until next year if we missed out on the style. Does this mean DCUO brings back events that hold limited time styles like this Flash style? Like, is it guaranteed it will come back or did you misspeak?
The Annyversary Event will come back next January. The Flash style will be available once more when the Event comes back. Same with the Joker or the Anti Monitor style that was back this year. Although for the Flash style you can still get it from the Broker at the moment.
Not sure yet..... did not buy it yet. But from what I hear is give Super Speed to your character. If your character already has Super Speed..... sadly it does not do anything.

Go to the anti moniter event zone and run daily missions. It takes awhile but you should be able to get all this stuff for free.

You cannot buy it with Replays. You cannot use replays for styles from Events.
You have to buy it from the vendor with all of your characters.

You either have to buy the DLC or have a legendary membership. If you don't, you'll only be able to buy Cosmic Boy's gear.

There are issues with the Lightstreams and Super Speed. No idea when they will fix it.
They need to add different speed force colors.
The Enhanced Speed Force Back and the Speed Force Accessory color can be changed. They are linked to the third color on the color palette.
