- Welcome back to God of War Ragnarok!
Today we're making a start on the DLC! I'm not sure what to expect or if my rusty skills will help us achieve our goal, but we're gonna try and work hard anyway!
I hope you got your comfy pants on, and I hope you're ready, we're diving into a wild new journey where a mysterious voice awaits us!

that slow zoom on the difficulty screen was *chefs kiss*
Thank you, I tried! XD
Please don't rush into it, the conversations in this dlc are always important.
@@dimitrijohnson6240 I certainly won't rush. ^^ I'm taking my time with this one. Had a lot of discussions with Mimir, the Valkyries. I like the indepth talks. ^^
This is the perfect amount of fan service for the old games while still providing character growth and arc for Kratos. Then add the fact that this was free DLC. I swear Santa Monica Studio is the best video game developer out there.
Agreed! XD it's beautiful!
omg i love every playthrough you do!! i've been waiting for this
Awh! Thank you!! I'm so glad to finally be able to bring you this series and more GoW!
I love how Valhalla, a place for the greatest of warriors, gives you a task that's like "You see all these pots? Yeah; those ones that someone probably put a lot of effort into making? Break em."
Valhalla is petty.
Unless these pots aren't real and are just constructed from Kratos' memories of very breakable pottery, which would make it so much funnier and betrays the joy he must get from shattering them by establishing themselves so vividly in his imagination world.
I love the description! XD Valhalla is beautiful and I LOVE IT!
I'm so excited to see this story! :3
nice
1:15:02 Yes, you should recognize that voice and yes, they did bring back the same voice actor to voice the character again.
I screamed when I clocked who it was! XD
Spartan Aspis. And it has the red arrow or upside-down V painted on the front. It is believed that Spartans actually did this decorated their shields with this Lambda, the Greek capital letter “L” as a symbol for Lacedaemon, the ancient Hellenic word for the Spartan City-State. The Lambda on the shield is illustrative of the light shining down on the field.
This was also on his shield in Ghost of Sparta game.
That's some funny lore!
I'm such a happy bunny to see you playing this. It's awesome, but please don't keep not talking to Sigrun as you enter Valhalla with a cheery bye! That said, I love your channel and playthrough ❤🎉
Heehee, I'm glad to bring a smile! :D okay! I'll defo start talking to her! Thank you ~
Yes, you are the queen and the Godess of God Of War
You have made me a very happy person! XD
It only gets better from here.
I really do! It's a shame I am BAD at this! XD
HI, Is awesome 😁 far cry saga l recommend too :)
I have been side eyeing Far cry. :3 thank you ~
You really should get into using the triangle button for the blades and the axe. Very powerful moves
Really? Okay, I'll try them out! :3 thank you ~
Heeeey Bright! Good to see you playing this. I didn't do well with the gameplay style, but loved the story. You still keen to play that game I mentioned on the channel? If so, I'll pop you an email for a sponsorship 🤗
Hey Gareth!! I'm enjoying this so far, terrible at the style, but I'm excited to see how it progresses!
Heck yeh, let me know! ^^

oh my god it's the new mode in the game I've DEFINITLEY beaten... totally.
I thought so! XD
What surprised me is how much story was in this DLC. I had a blasts going through this. Question, did you do the post campaign side-quests? Specifically in Niflheim?
I didn't expect there to be much story, but the next episode floored me! It's so awesome with story elements!
Apparently, it is possible, although very unlikely to have a zero-death run of this DLC. To my knowledge, no one has ever accomplished this on the hardest difficulty. Even the developers who made the game were unable to accomplish this feat. They could beat it on the hardest difficulty, but not without dying at least once.
With that being said, it is better to attempt this DLC many times and not just speed through it. The more times you go in the more backstory and things that Kratos has to confront and work through psychologically.
It makes me feel better to know doing bad is good!
Oh I forgot you haven't done this yet haha
It's so good so far!
:)

1:02 So, what's the over/under on how many deaths it will take before the game suggests a lower difficulty? If that's even a thing.
20%! XD make your guesses now - do I need to put on a counter?
Did you even finish the side quest and finding all the ravens in the main game?
I did! I did. ^^ i have a few things recorded that just need to see the light of day ~
Try performance mode (60 fps)
I'll see what I can do ~
