Will this bolt on to a 2023 718 GTS 4.0? If not, is there a version for it that produces the same high pitch tone?

Hi, no it will not. The Cayman GTS/GT4 4.0l is a very different engine than the GT3-derived engine. The natural tone is much lower and throatier, so no exhaust will make one sound like the other.
