For Question 19 (Bundle of Rights), I like to remember the acronym "DEEP C" (like deep sea). Disposition, enjoyment, exclusion, possession, control. Even if I can't remember all the words for the acronym, there is usually only one option with words that begin with the right letters. 35:30 mark
I dropped out of college last year to pursue my dream of becoming a real estate agent and it worked. It’s really worth it and I have no regrets. Been an amazing journey but it’s not as easy as I thought anyways

In my mortgage experience as a UW, Processor & Closer world that is paid by the Buyer or if a homeowner is requesting a Refi, that is also typically paid by the Homeowner if required. the Buyer pays for it Out side of Closing (POC). Can you please confirm this. Thanks
That’s what I thought. We’ve bought houses in Washington and Oregon and have had to pay for the appraisal. So not sure if this is the answer for the National test only

On my practice exams through school (I did it through online courses) the questions were a lot lengthier. Mostly scenarios that were a paragraph long. I still passed those tests, but all the words seemed to trip me up sometimes as there would be words in there almost to confuse you. If the questions are more like this I'm not worried, but those paragraphs...yikes!!!
Hi Jackie, it depends. Our exam questions are based on ALL concepts you need to know for the real estate exam. So within it, there are basic questions, basic concepts, advanced questions, and advanced topics. The basic questions and topics should be relatively easy to understand. With that being said, we have a large pool of questions that we take from to generate each exam. So each time the exam is different. So theoretically, doing the first 50 could be easier then the next. See what I mean? I'd suggest taking one of the exams yourself, on our site, and then see how well you do. Like I said it varies every time so you may get an 85% one time, but maybe 50% the other time. So the point is, come exam day the questions could be short, long, or in-between it just depends. Still its a good idea to study as many different types of questions as possible just incase.

Mere puffing is the practice of making exaggerated commendations especially for promotional purposes. Generally, a seller cannot be held liable for misrepresentation for statements that amount to mere puffing.
