the details are soo good also here 6:46 i agree having to interact with stuff makes u feel like you are there
Thank you! And yes, it's very important for a VR game. In the next episode we'll also implement throwing environmental objects to distract or stun enemies, so they will have a bit more of an actual gameplay purpose.
amazing as usual
the game starts to look amazing! very nice details you added
Thank you very much! As a solo project, this is very very ambitious, but I'm doing my best :)
Looks nice
Thank you!
Wow! Looks tasty :D
Thank you! :D
may i know why you are using UE 4
Of course. I'm choosing Unreal over Unity or Godot simply for my familiarity with it, I've been using it since it became free and I use it at my job every day. If you're asking about why I'm using UE4 over UE5, it is because it's more stable and more performant, the main UE5 tecnologies (nanite and lumen) would be of no benefit to me since they're still too heavy to be used in a VR project, at least with my knowledge of optimization.
Oh its VR only? :(
Sorry but yes :\. I like VR a lot and I think that it's really missing a game like the one I'm doing, but I have to build the mechanics from ground up for VR in order for it to be a quality title. Also, there are a lot of titles like this in the traditional, non VR market
@@Jackdufon-sd4on completely understandable, in the positive it's obvious you are incredibly passionate on your game and it shows, and even tho I can't ever play it atleast any time soon, the Devlogs are inspiring as a Dev, much love brother keep working and give us something special!
