Most educated people are not interested. This series covering all sectors can still be a landmark and increase your viewership in time to come as this will be looked upon when a person is looking for a project. Today only one of the family member asked me for project in 102 and i guided you towards your video, it was covered nicely so was helpful but was not the same with 89, 90, 92, 93. The pointers needed in further videos, Just the name of project, approx price, how's the project and builder, what's the appreciation in time to come or already appreciated. Hopefully this will be taken as constructive criticism. Thank you for your efforts.

Do some preparations beforehand on pacing & coverage. All random talks on anything & everything..no projects details except SS leaf & Godrej. Gyan ke liye Sango Sutras dekhlenge bhai..yahan to maaf kardo 🙏
I understand you have to promote product, but I highly respected tou are promoting high quality products that you personally believes in. Usually many real-estate agent will promotes anything for money.
I have been living in New Gurgaon for past few years. My comments on discussed projects: 1) SS did not learn anything from Coralwood. SS Leaf has a shitty construction quality. They still have the audacity of selling it over 2Cr. Their new projects Linden and Cendana seems to have improved but overpriced because of the poor delivey history. 2) Orris Astra Premier has poor construction quality for initial few towers. Newly built towers are good. 3) Godrej Air looks promising except for the legal dispute with Orris. 4) Pyramid, being a new brand, has delivered good and quality products in New Gurgaon. 5) DLF projects in New Gurgaon has poor construction quality. Please cover 1 sector and cover everything in-that sector. Please pause video when you are giving extra stuff. Also while covering and appreciating godrej, why their product Godrej air has issues with orris and its in the court. Why are you not sharing this.
