I couldn't help but laugh as you drove to the gulch. A few years ago my wife and I tried it. We had borrowed our sons truck and I was sure the front end was coming apart. I can't tell you how many times we looked at each other and said, "this is the roughest road ever!" Well done.
Happy Anniversary!!! I want you to know just HOW MUCH I ENJOY following you!!! As a child from 1958 we always camped and traveled all over the Western US. From Washington State but moved to Fort Smith in 1961/62. The outdoors have always meant the world to me BUT unfortunately I am not able to get out and about any longer due to limited mobility, so I travel with you and several other people this way!!! Such an important part of my life now. Utah is such a diverse and beautiful state glad you are getting to explore this part of it. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for these FUN camping and exploring adventures!! LOOK FORWARD to the next installment. Safe travels Catch you on the other....
Thank you! Means so much! We hope to visit Washington one day. We hate to hear you can’t get out. Makes us happy that we can have you along our journeys with us
This episode of triple D brought to you by Cody. LOL Guys we LOVE the channel and what y'all are doing! We've been binge watching all weekend. After a midlife career change my wife has been telling me I need a hobby, so we now are looking at camping gear and making plans for this fall. Thanks for the inspiration!
The Sling Blade voice and the Tommy Boy reference were fantastic! Love this vlog! Another great video guys! Definitely inspired me to travel out west! Like I needed more motivation.... 😁
UT is my second home!!!! My son and his family have lived out there the last 5 years. I've hiked in all 4 Nat'l parks and rafted CO and Green River. HWY 13 is amazing. Moab is awesome. SO happy to see the views again! Thank you! Haven't been out since COVID. The mountains are calling!
Having spent 2 weeks off roading in Utah in 2018, I aired down the vehicle's tires whenever not on pavement. Took a ViAir portable compressor and could air up all four tires over a 20 minute span. Very much worth the time to do so when going down any rough road. Did the same again last year following the Continental Divide off road in New Mexico and Colorado.
New Subscriber and I love the content! Wondering, @ 19:58 had you aired your tires down? I know many of the off road trekkers will lower their tire pressure to make driving roads like that more comfortable.
Great way to spend your anniversary. There is just soooo much to do in that part of Utah and so few day of vacation to do it. Seems like you do a more elaborate breakfast that us, what time do you usually pull out of the campsite for the day? Looking forward to what you think of Moab.
Yes! We wake up whenever the sun gets up up. Usually we leave camp around 9:30-10. If we know we need to get out early we will do a quick breakfast. We’re breakfast people.
I'm new so Happy Belated Anniversary ya'll RAZORBACKS.. Y'ALL CUTE..WIsh I had that..But Happy Trails n Good luck in the Future..be Nice n keep em videos coming..🌵.. next time..🛀
We were going to do this but didn’t know the road was gonna be that way the whole drive. We were also in a hurry to beat the crowd, but from now on we will do that. Thanks for watching!
@@CodyandKellie This video was upload in June. Were you hiking at Coyote Gulch in June? When is the best time to go? I know it can get really hot in those canyons.
Tracy Becker we did hike just the week before this was uploaded. The canyon was not hot, but the way there was. We would not suggest going there right now. But believe late Sep would be better.

We have not. We have had bears, deers, and small game come in and just walk around.
