I made a quick chocolate frosting with butter, milk, cocoa powder, and confectioners sugar, topped the cake with that and a strawberry! Amazing! The main key is to adjust the cooking time to your microwave!

ysa h There's a note in the recipe about the wattage of the microwave used, so if yours is different, the cooking times will likely be different. That's the caveat with using the microwave to cook something in a few minutes instead of the oven for 30+ minutes. Glad it still tasted good!
