He's so nervous and unconfident with his product no wonder he's eaten alive. But for me Mr. Wonderful offer is not that bad. As per my observation filter are rarely change and consumer is not too concern on changing it as long as Aircon is running. Also for those who are conscious on Aircon filters like company they are doing it on timely basis and they can even just schedule a reminder on the phone that within this period it needed to be changed. So it is very big risk and base on how he present with teary eyes he have no other sources for funds and he badly needed it. I know perpetuity is costly in long run but based on risk cost of debt may strangle you before you even take off.
Who are your competitors?
Normal people who change their filters every three months and write it on physical calendars
Oleary is more of a parasitic wasp than a shark
His filter will look the same after a few months it's all about ownership
