I definitely remember that commercial of the Blurpballs toys! I think of them now as the evolved form of Madballs or the long lost relative of the Madballs from the 80s! I listen to this commercial now and I just laugh my head off every time!
I think these are awesome. The names are super creative and ALL have some form of “Barf”….The Dracula Blurp is actually “Heave” not “Have”…not being a stickler just that He’s my fav of the lot. And his name is very clever..Designers must have been saying, “if we did a Dracula…what the hell can he puke up???”…Not just blood but a Heart!!… “Heave a Heart”!! 😂😮I like the big cards and the graphics too. Thanks for the great video Andy as there aren’t many who’ve covered this topic. Great job! Thanks!! New sub

I remember them and the commercial when they came out in the UK!😁 They also appeared on the back of some of my favourite comics, like the Carebears. I thought they were gross but fun, but never got them because they were so expensive 😆

My friend had the Baseball Catcher, if I remember , they are pretty hard.
The inner bit is solid 😂. And they can be tricky to make them fire.
