For anyone qhere the rgb software couldnt connect to the board. If you press and hold the volume knob for 5 seconds it changes from volume control to rgb control. Hope this helps!!
Thanks but i have a problem with mine, it doesn't turn off all of the rgb. Only left with 4 keys lit up and i cant get it to turn off. Any clues?

which do you like the most out of this, the m1, and the m71?
Well they all have their pros and cons
M1 would have all the advancdd features still being VIA/QMK compatible and now that they also released the wireless version, it's rhe best budget alu 75 out there. It also supports screw ins which both this and the M71 doesn't.
AL75 has fr4 and pc plate options out of the box which separates it from the M1 and M71, offering more options for to play around with.
Overall, all three are good budget aluminium boards! You won't be disappointed with going for any of the three boards!
Dude i recently got one but the knob button dosen't seem to do anything volume control works but the actual button press dosent work is this normal?
Pressing on it should mute volume - if it doesn't work, might need to get it checked or replaced
can you see the side of the switches? due to the inside structure, the switches on al75 might be higher than expected...

got a question, I've seen many builds with the same case but yours is the best poppy sound profile by far, but how did you get that? tape mod, switches or keycaps?
Well it's a mix of all things actually. The switches and the tape mod played a big part of it! Keycaps do affect sound but I've always preferred cherry profiles and won't be able to make a good statement on how it impacts. Although from observation, the taller and the thicker the keycaps are, the deeper it sounds!
@@kWyboard I see, thanks. So I was certain about the keycaps and that I wanted to use cherry profile pbt ones. But for the switches I think it's safe to just use the ones you did ;)

Only clip in unfortunately, there is now a v2 though so will find this out for you in a future video!

@@shobhitsayala660 I’d choose this because of the cleaner design, sound is very subjective and it has many factors but what I like about this is that it comes with a free pc plate so I think this takes the edge over sound because of more customization
