It is wonderful for BMW Motorsport to let a journalist drive their car!! It gave use an insight to how hard core the Nürburgring is.
Must say the M4 GT4 is very impressive, BMW has done a fantastic job with their first shot at GT4 class!!
Hopefully BMW will continue letting use find out more about how professional their Motorsport division is!

It is not their first shot on GT4, they did a M3 GT4 too.
It is not the first time, journalists got a car for the NBR24. Some years ago a 997 GT3RS was driven by four journalists, it finished quite well.
@@projectjt3149 not bad, but not impressive indeed. There are not that much GT3 cars in the race. I think more impressive is the class win.
Amazing stuff, Jethro is definitely up the with the legend Mr. Harris for my 2 favorite car journalists.

The only needs to learn is to let people talk more, I think he didn't let Jim Glickenhaus come into his own in interview.
Makes him look a teensy bit insecure.
Just breathe, relax and wait for them to say more, if not then you can ask something.
Other than that I found him rather enjoyable, his commentary for the video itself was great, calm and measured.
Chris and Jethro on tg would be good. Fucking paddy and freddy. Jokes.

Jethro is one of the best! There are only a couple of great video automobile journalists in the english language speaking world, he's one of the absolute best.
Ha ha, that swallow at the end. DRIVETRIDE - you make the most engaging content about cars anywhere. Better than anything on TV or online. I'm not easily impressed, but you nail it every time. Well, almost every time. Most videos on UA-cam I watch with one eye while working away. But with yours, I grab a coffee, I sit back and watch. It is the closest experience I have to reading EVO as a printed magazine 13 years. Keep it up. I'm a fan.
I'm most impressed that a journalist can drive this well in an endurance race on one of the most challenging race tracks in the world!
Jethro is a phenomenal journalist, his voice carries over in the narration so perfectly too.
What a fantsastic insight into this legendary race. Jethro really brings that feeling of respect and fear for this huge challenge across. And also quite impressive for a mostly stock BMW to run 24h without any engineproblem.

It's crazy how much graphics have improved in racing games in the last couple of years. I couldn't tell if the thumbnail was a picture of a real car or a screenshot from Gran Turismo Sport.
Well done Jethro! Really took some nerves and skill to achieve such great result. Great reporting on this fantastic race as well so thank you. Been a fan of yours and all the original evo crew for years and loving your work with drive tribe. Gotta say though, it seems the beer was the best part of the whole race weekend... Keep it up.
When you've reviewed Jim Glickenhaus's cars, he knows you by your first name, gives you a hug, honestly asks how you're doing, yes, you're near the top of the heap.
Another amazing video from Drive Tribe... I think what makes you different, aside from excellent photography and very knowledgeable and engaging journalists, is that you always have a story to tell. Not just about the cars, their specs, and the numbers, but a bigger story arc that frames the video and makes it more compelling to watch. Good work, keep at it!

Love this channel reminds me so much of the old /DRIVE channel and this video brought back memories of their 24 hr nurburgring from 2011. This video however felt it had more feeling, and that you really were there was amazing. Would love to go one day might have to after watching this!!!

I don't know why but I really love to see a dirty race car. The bits of rubber and dirt caked on the front really gives it character if you ask me haha
