    I love that you put up this video even though you weren't at your 'best' with some of the movements. So often videos are edited so much, and with so many takes, that it looks like the instructor is hitting every move and rep perfectly, when that's just not the case.

    I've been using this as a leg workout weekly for close to a year and I can say my legs are bigger and stronger than they have been in over a decade. I've slowly been increasing reps, and adding variations too. Great workout!

    Great workout. I beleive the isse wasnt with the balance but the speed. I rather do slower movements and develop speed by time. Thank you so much!

      i have selected 0.7 speed for the second time and enjoyed it much more, kind of a slow flow vinyasa

    Loved the workout! And thanks so much for using original Sanskrit names and calling it whenever you deviate from the traditional yoga practice - that shows respect to the original form plus modifying is great because it lets us achieve other goals. Namaste!

    My entire back chain of muscles from the feet to the calves to the hamstrings to the glutes to the low back was on fire! 🔥🔥🔥 Great workout bro! 💪👍🏻

    I really love what you do. I look for movements that will help with my coordination and balance, but I also need the intensity in order to get the most out of my workout time.     Love the pace! For someone new to yoga and not very good at the meditative aspect, this was a perfect balance of intensity and flow.

    I liked the fact that it was quite creative and had a drop of modification in moves. Also the combination of workout and yoga, great!

    Today was my 6th repetition of this over 3 weeks. First week I could only do the first round with easier versions.
    Now can do full class with easier squat version, fast improvement. Thanks Josh.

    This is just what I’ve been looking for I did your upper body workout and it was an intense workout without much equipment. Just the breath and the body. Best of both worlds!

    Hello Josh! Thank you for a beatiful training. Ive been doing it for more than a week and my legs are much stronger. If you make the streching part longer, it can be even a better workout. Since we work on our legs intensely having longer streches may be healthier.

    Thank you for this class, Josh. It was just what I needed. I've added it to my weekly watch list. I enjoyed the focus on the muscle fatigue combined with vinyasa. I would love more classes like this. 30-45 minutes is perfect. I can combine this with one of your core classes (something I do at least once a week, I love it so much) and still have time for my meditation time. I appreciate you and your family so much!       Happy to help! Maybe skip those sun salutations then - do some jump squats, running in place, jacks or other leg moves to warm up.

    This was my first time doing yoga with you. I really like your style and it was a great workout with a stretch. The only thing I would like to add so you can help grow your channel is to get rid of the commercials. They are quite distracting and I am not always in a position to skip them while I’m doing some of the poses. I say this because I usually pick channels that don’t have commercials. Thanks so much for this yoga workout.
