I love that you put up this video even though you weren't at your 'best' with some of the movements. So often videos are edited so much, and with so many takes, that it looks like the instructor is hitting every move and rep perfectly, when that's just not the case.
I've been using this as a leg workout weekly for close to a year and I can say my legs are bigger and stronger than they have been in over a decade. I've slowly been increasing reps, and adding variations too. Great workout!

Today was my 6th repetition of this over 3 weeks. First week I could only do the first round with easier versions. Now can do full class with easier squat version, fast improvement. Thanks Josh.

Hello Josh! Thank you for a beatiful training. Ive been doing it for more than a week and my legs are much stronger. If you make the streching part longer, it can be even a better workout. Since we work on our legs intensely having longer streches may be healthier.

I would love more classes like this. 30-45 minutes is perfect. I can combine this with one of your core classes (something I do at least once a week, I love it so much) and still have time for my meditation time. I appreciate you and your family so much! This was my first time doing yoga with you. I really like your style and it was a great workout with a stretch. The only thing I would like to add so you can help grow your channel is to get rid of the commercials. They are quite distracting and I am not always in a position to skip them while I’m doing some of the poses. I say this because I usually pick channels that don’t have commercials. Thanks so much for this yoga workout.

Great workout. I beleive the isse wasnt with the balance but the speed. I rather do slower movements and develop speed by time. Thank you so much!
