The more I watch hybrids of wild Junglefowl with domestic chickens, the more convinced I am that the feral chickens in my backyard in North Carolina were somehow mixed with Ceylon and/or Javanese Junglefowl!! No lie: I've actually had roosters around who looked a whole lot like that; I thought those crows were laryngitis or something!
Nice. I saw another rooster outside the cage that looks like the one in the video. You should cross it with a regular grey hen. I'm sure the offsprings should come out with a very nice plumage.
i wanna know if i have a pure breed war horse all black beauty, what would be the offspring crossed with a very aggressive America hen. if anyone can share some advise it would be great thank you.

Gallus gallus, cant be the only ansestor of all roosters. All colors cant be mutation of gallus gallus.
