I’m really looking forward to reading this book. I just finished the sample and ordered it right away. I am completely guilty of having good intentions to pray/read spiritual books but getting swept away by endless scrolling and time wasting. I think this is such a timely book to help us take control of our lives and to make every moment count for eternity. Thank you Dr. Sr. Larin for writing this. I think it will make an excellent companion to the book “How to Live a Holy Life” by Metropolitan Gregory Postnikov.

I finished the audiobook a couple days ago. No exaggeration. I immediately put it on my "Twelve Books That Have Changed My Life" list. I'm reading the hard copy and enjoying it like a fine meal! Thank you Sister Vassa!

Hello, help I just finished your book, bravo. While you mentioned matins some instructions or suggestions would be most appreciated. Help

Hello! I only share what I do, and for me The First Hour is sufficient, for the morning Hour. In the book I describe at length how to do The First Hour from one's waking moment until The Third Hour (9am), so there is no room for Matins if you do that. But you can always take the liturgical books and read all the services you need; or go to a nearby monastery or church, if they celebrate Matins in the morning. Sorry I can't be more helpful. SV
