I don't know how these videos got to my feed, but I am leaning, getting motivated, and being entertained at the same time. I am now subscribed, and I don't regret it one bit.
Hey! Could you please make a video on keeping hips squared? I see LOTS of people making this mistake en stretching in a more of a wrong way. This could je useful for lots of people. Thank you and keep up the go work! Love this channel!!
He has a video up on his channel with all the stretches you need. I can probably find the link for you. Edit: her it is ua-cam.com/video/eQHmKJh20_c/v-deo.html
These are incredibly well done, thank you! While Yoga is amazing and Pilates too, it’s so nice to find a reference that targets specific areas with SMART goals. Cheers! Fantastic work!🎉😊
Love your channel! Just one thing, do you train square splits? I noticed in this video you are doing (passive) open splits, and that's less safe than square splits. I don't mean to be patronising - I just don't want you to get injured!
Can you make follow along videos for full body strech and all type of video with follow along pls I want to be stronger and flexible too but can't find videos if you make follow along videos it will be very helpful
I was under the impression active stretching means using the muscle group that is responsible for the opposite movement to the target muscle group to stretch the target even further. The active stretches you do where you stretch and flex the muscle at the same time seems unsafe since that can cause micro tears which in turn can create scar tissue in the muscle. Could you elaborate on how to do them safely?
Hello! I was wondering what your best stretch are for ankles? (Example: when you do the middle split your able to touch you toes to the floor by flattening your foot.) The last time I tried to improve my ankle flexibility I injured a tendon in the top of my foot
Do you have videos where you workout and stretch along side you? If not, you should make those because I feel like a lot of people like me benefit from just doing the motions along with someone.
@movementbydavid after a recent injury to my lower vertebrae (S1-L5) and a sciatica flare up. Really looking to fix the near constant hip/left butt cheek pain. Can’t figure out if it’s APT/Lordosis, or if it’s a result of tightness in the hip flexor, and lack of engagement in the glutes. (Had surgery on the opposite femur 10+ years ago, and the rehab was a bit lacking). Any suggestions?
Static stretching no matter what you call it, is severely harmful to your body. Whether it's tearing or pulling muscles or tendons or ligaments or whether it's creating added pressure on joints which can destroy cartilage or cause arthritis
So say if I want to stretch both, do I do 30 sec X 2 for both passive and active or could I just do one 30 sec with active and then just one more with passive?
I did this but I think I did it the wrong way because as soon as I started I got feet cramp and it lasts for like an 40 minutes or so 💀 I cried and scream a lot lol 😭 Edit: Tried it again, cramped again 💀
Idk there are mma fighters and gymnasts who seem very flexible and muscular. I think you're just naturally small. You could put on 20lbs of muscle and you'd still be able to be that flexible and not necessarily have noodly legs. IF you wanted to. Nothing wrong with any fitness goal. Just saying you CAN look muscular while also being flexible
ur knees. on the HARDWOOD. im dying
*Laughs in tile floor
I know right!!

@@padraigin2929 well, all the boards ARE going in the same direction

Yeah, and hip flexor stuff in general for my anterior pelvic tilt.
I enjoy your shorts. Can you share a plan for beginners with the most important full body stretches so that one can start from there? 🤔

Great material! Would you say these principles can be applied to a 70 yo (dad) who has never been into stretching and is pretty inflexible?
Can we get a full list of active stretches?
You're hella flexy bro!
OK. Huston we have a problem. I'm now officially addicted to stretching
Thanks teach

He has a few, including "The Scientific Way To Get Your Splits" and "What stretches to do in 10 minutes"
Yes.
There is a lot of action happening in that kitchen.

How can you do an active stretch for your neck?
Hey, what are your ebooks called?
Static stretching no matter what you call it, is severely harmful to your body. Whether it's tearing or pulling muscles or tendons or ligaments or whether it's creating added pressure on joints which can destroy cartilage or cause arthritis
KOOOOL
how do you stretch calves with intensity
Bro would be a demon at tae kwon do
Does flexibility help with some sort of calastenics
I'd break every bone in my body trying to do any of that!! Shoot, I break bones without doing anything
But i dont wanna do stretching everyday. Do you do any cardio or some kind of different workout??
what is your vertical jump
So say if I want to stretch both, do I do 30 sec X 2 for both passive and active or could I just do one 30 sec with active and then just one more with passive?
stay flexy😊
Only strong
This all looks so painful I really need to stretch more sheesh
Did you just say ham🤤
noodly legs? yes but uncooked noodles, i have weak and unflexible legs.
Why would you not active stretch all the time
You ask that question like noodles are a bad thing 🥺
Does the leg behind touch the ground or being lifted ? I can’t see it clearly
Wouldn't the lunge exercise damage your knees?
Show off 😏
Would standing facing upstairs with heels hanging over the edge of the back of the bottom step count as passive stretch?
👍🏻
Thank you. You just popped up on my feed. Now to find the subscribe button... hmmm
