Beautiful rendition of a sweet 4 cyl sonata. My utmost respect for you and that girl you flogged around that track. Best part was the "FUCK" when some guy was in your apex line. Great show regardless. Godspeed
@BaronVonGrumble "Thank you baby" was the best part! :) I do not know if you are going to be at Almeria on the 6th of July but it would be great to find you there and your HP4 Race!
I like to fool myself that I can remember as if it was yesterday, the time I did a tankful of laps around Donington. But in reality it was a million years and more than half a lifetime ago: 1978 to precise. The circuit wasn’t even complete. There were muddy tyre tracks across Redgate (which I brushed off on the race line with a big broom I found in the pits), and on the outside of McLean’s, the curbs hadn’t been put in yet, there was just a 12” wide and 18” deep trench!! My bike was a gorgeous candy orange, nicely tuned Honda CB250G5 with Avon Roadrunners and Girling rear shocks. We will never have those times again. Ride safe.
I love the sound of the HP4 race, when the throttle is cracked from mid rpm it is guttural then the traction control starts popping the the revs rise to a race engine screen only a in-line for can make. 😍
I found the color commentary when a backmarker didn't yield the corner to be ESPECIALLY calming... many thanks to the Baron for doing his bit for motorcyclist mental health.
