This company is "Old School" Customer Service oriented. I actually have an older unit than shown on the video. Went to the Company website and obtained the phone number. Called in an actually spoke to Paul (The Guy in the Video). Paul knew my heater very well. This Guy is legit! Very customer focused and genuinely concerned with your issue.

Very well done video. Eden Pure assured me there would be directions with the elements. There were not. Very clear instructions, well explained. Some tutorials it`s hard to see what is going on with weird camera angles and whatnot. I could do without the dramatic background music though. Always gotta complain about somethin` huh? Thanks for the help!
I spoke to you a few weeks ago regarding my GEN3 Model #1000 which stopped working. You informed me that it might be the transformer but while checking it I notice a burnt spot on the middle of the circuit board, could this be the problem and how much would a new one cost if you think this could be the problem.
When this happens to the heaters I repair. I just buy a used board off eBay.

I have the EdenPure 1000 model...I turn the switch on and the heating elements don't light up the fan doesn't come on ...nothing...I noticed that I don't hear or feel a click on the temperature controller...I turned it all the way up ...just in case ...nothing...any ideas to what my problem might be?...I was thinking maybe its the controller...I don't know..help...PLEASE..I really need this ..
