    If you're trying to burn fat.
    You need to do sprints, mountain climbers, and burpees. Make a circuit course with cones, spread them out 20 yards, and haze yourself, it feels good.

    thanks bro I’m skinny but now I’m starting to eat more for example tommorow I’m gonna eat my breakfast but 3 times As much because I need mass. also I’m gonna go gym every single day now because if I want to get a good body that bad I would be this committed.     I think the protein requirement should be adjusted to your *goal* weight, not your actual weight. Technically, it means your lean mass, not including the fat. If someone weighs 300lbs, eating 300g of protein a day is excessive and not necessary. Instead they should eat the amount of protein that comprises their lean mass, i.e. subtract the fat they want to lose. If their goal weight is to get down to 170lbs, then they should eat 170g of protein

      @@romeohio19 Then it should apply to them as well. For example, if you weight 110 pounds and your goal is 150, then you should eat 150g of protein. If you're already underweight and skinny there's no point in cutting down your protein intake to a lower amount because your body weight is lower.

    Quick correction: BMR is how many calories your body burns at complete rest. Maintenance calories are the calories needed to maintain your weight (including the activities u do on a typical day). So when you add calories on a bulk, add those calories to your maintenance calories instead of your BMR in order to gain weight.

    Edit : I have made crazy progress. My arms, chest and abs have grown a lot. I wasn't consistent with my diet and did not do leg workouts but now I workout every part(except my meat). I lowkey lift books in a cloth bag as weights and use my pull up bar a lot. I looked made a squat rack with books, a rod and bags. Will come here again when I make more progress

    When I was 16 in high-school I started weight training but I didn't eat enough. I weight 125 pounds and struggled to bench 4 reps of 115 lbs. But now I weigh 150 even and bench 55 pounds more than I weigh, at least 6 times.
