I don't understand the advantage of this vs just creating a folder structure once, renaming it to "_SKELETON" so it always shows up at the top of your projects folder and just duplicating it when you create a new project? - that way it can actual have a blank final cut library with a pre-made blank project to save some clicks, it can have a default description.txt file you edit for your youtube description, etc.
