This is quite weird: fortunately the Connie, even the Phoenix has airlocks.for Zero g. I must try this and see if it's server related or it's something persistent with the ship
This advice is going to hurt. Next time, just log out. you will log back in with your equipment in your home station. (For Now) Also a Character reset will not reset your in-game purchased ships.
First mistake you made was bed logging. When you spawned back in, you were on a separate physics grid to the ship, this is why your interaction with the ship was off. The same thing happens with the Sentinal. So, for this lesson.....don't bed log!
I’ve found it to be a good practice to uninstall after a brief check in once every year or two. Keeps me sane.

@Space Medic: Did you try the side airlocks? 🤔
I tried every airlock and door that the ship had unfortunately, I was moving around the ship for several minutes before deciding to record.
Did you not try a simple log out and log back in, it would have spawned you at your home base at leas

Live and learn! I'll definitely be doing that next time.

Looks like it’s character reset time! 😂
Don't reset for this, it won't fix it.
