I saw the case presented on youtube a long time ago as an unsolvable mystery of the danger of the lawless oceans. I'm glad to learn that people were able to progress so much with this to shed light on what happened, even if real justice was never fully achieved.

The shooters in the video at the beginning was Vietnamese (as I am Vietnamese and can understand what they were saying). This was likely the result of the conflict between us and the Chinese as they were claiming our islands Truong Sa and Hoang Sa was their although there are evidences that they have been ours all along. Some of us are furious of them and are willing to take extreme measures against them. Unfortunately there are no records of this crime and I do support the idea that all crimes should be punished no matter the context.

I think UA-cam has this policy that you can't say certain words and whatnot in the first 10 seconds. Twitch Chat easily gets videos demonotized with just one person saying anything they want.
Because when chat knows a funny u tube vid is being vodded then they all say the N word for the first 10 seconds 🥰🥰

I see it in almost every twitch vods with stream chat embedded ones.. I merely thought it was because chat spamming explicit emote or saying certain words that they shouldn't but it was very conincidental and too frequent to conclude that it was only that
