YP23NGV Close pass and lecture to use cycle lanes, yet there is a pedestrian on it

Dear Volvo driver, you pulled alongside to lecture me on the use of the shared cycle lane to my left. I can see there is a pedestrian on it, and frankly, if you were walking, you would not want me cycling on it near you at over 20mph as I am doing in this clip. So actually, me being on the massive road, where loads of other motorists can pass safely, is me being courteous to pedestrians. But also driving like this, is not warranting any action. Thanks Kent Police for validating this behaviour and ensuring they do this to someone else who shits a brick and falls off. #ClosePass
