It is absolutely horrifying to see day after day the amount of unhealthy food people eat.
MOST are over weight. When the regulars come in and say to me " holy crap you lost like 40 pounds " I say ya i changed the way i eat.They ask what I eat and look at me blank faced when I tell them.
Needs to go to the meat aisle.
Needs to go to the gym for 3 hours a day for 10 years. Y'all are too worried about food.

I've never been to a Costco, and I don't feel like I'm missing out.
They do have high quality meat. Don’t judge them by what others choose to eat
They have good organic peanut butter altho in plastic. Good meat and cheese. The best prices on organic berries and eggs. They may not have pastured eggs. Lots of quality and good deals at Costco. Lots of good stuff there. Some of their stuff has excessive plastic packaging unfortunately You’re just snubbing it for no reason get off your high horse.
I also addicted to all of the meat and fine cheeses at Cosco and BJ’s 😂 Eggs and butter too😂

I go to Sam's which is pretty much the same. But my cart is filled with ground beef, chuck roasts, bacon, eggs and if I'm feeling "naughty", a bit of shredded cheese. These places, much like McDonald's who sells reasonably priced beef patties with only salt and pepper, can be part of the solution rather than the problem.
Buy real cheese. Look at the ingredients...

still going strong approaching week 2 of my carnivore diet (with butter and cheese). Seriously enjoying my food for a change, mood is 100% better, energy levels better. Still struggling to sleep but thats probs the steroids for my skin condition, the main reason i'm on this diet. Any tips? i am finding i am craving, occasionally, a sugary snack, should i listen to this craving or just push through? i don't want to ruin any changes i've made over nearly 2 weeks now. FYI on diet for health, not for weight loss.
