They're not even trying to hide their insidiousness anymore.
And that is because so many of us are either incapable of figuring out the obvious or because the noise floor is so high that we can't have the peace of mind to think in. This is why I don't do social media and why I haven't watched TV in about 25 years.

@@_Solaris I live in DC. I worked for USAID, State and Army. I have many "friends of friends" at other DC organizations. The astounding heights of corruption, lying, theft and depravity are nonstop. Is this clear? If oligarchs want to sell marshmallows, then Mr. Microscope will tell Americans "Marshmallows are healthy!" Then the clowns on TV will repeat the lies forever until they get a new set of lies to broadcast.The real world is outside your front door. That's it. TV and magazines are not "windows on the world." this is getting insane, im biggening to understand why im seeing more and more obese young people these days, they are being taught in schools to trust the institutions that are in place unquestioningly (in my country anyway), i got in detention many times in school just for questioning what i was told, and this is what these people are being taught is healthy
yeah walked into Walmart the other day and I see this woman with her 2 teens already overweight and she looked like she was 350 pounds...she was driving one of them electric carts because she couldn't walk, I guess, and her front cart was full of packed junk sugar/processed carb food...I shook my head in disbelieve...all I could think of these poor kids growing up with this mother.

There was one Hawaiian pizza I ate that I loved, probably because there was a bunch of sugar in the sauce as well. I otherwise didn't like it at all! But what's wrong with people's taste buds? I lost a bunch of weight doing carnivore diet. I am not even consistent. A month on and a month off. I have family telling me my kidneys will fail and they ignore the fact that my gerd, asthma, and depression are gone

It's not a good idea to listen to a doctor or any government related to food, diet and nutrition. I'm an ex pharma rep and I promise they want you to be sick and so does the government. Hard facts but true.

Per them (3 letter agencies) have reinterpreted the IQ scale to be anything above 75 as genius. Attention spans above 7 sec to be exceptional. Let them eat sugar is their mantra, as proposed by big pharma and the processed food industry.

Went with a group of women today for ice cream after an activity. I abstained and attended only to be social, then spent 30 minutes having them tell me they could never give up sugar. One was shocked when I told them I had cured my Type II diabetes. It's a choice people: eat junk and suffer the consequences, or clean up your diet.
The systems discussed are not "situational" they are DELIBERATE!!!

Early on my low carb fasting journey I told my physician what I was doing. "Doubtful you can keep that up for very long ' Doc you won't find out because I dumped you and I still am.

I'm having so hard time with carnivore. I wish I had it easy like most people here.
I just had a period of oxalate dumping, very painful and cravings were off the chart. Most days are fine though, 2 yrs on.
Do your best and keep at it.
Try LCHF instead. If your carb tolerance is decent and your activity level is high enough, a fair number of people feel better when they include some clean carbs. For some, strict carnivore is perfect. For others, it is overkill stricture and not motivated by their genetics and lifestyle. Your body will tell you which it prefers. A diet stricter than necessary doesn't provide any added benefits for making things stricter than what is needed.
@@velinas_ Yup. I eat some home-fermented veggies and even some lentils with my eggs, fish, fowl, flesh and fats. I'm not trying to look like a "movie star" though. I have higher standards than puppets caked in makeup babbling into TV cameras. Stay strong.
