200k... I been with you since day 1.. im so happy you 2 sweeties are back together. Oh... I have a table almost exactly like yours is not identical..I was hoping you were going to show your sink. I can't wait to see it complete. My daughter and I have decided to turn the shed my late husband built by ourselves into a tiny house for me. She moved in with her 2 kids when my husband died. That was almost 3 years ago. Kids are needing their own rooms. So tiny house it is. Ive seen so many of your makeovers I know I can make it beautiful. It is tiny..12x16 with 8x16 upstairs. I'm really excited to start. I have already put in the electrical panel and wired everything up. All left is the plumbing. Then the fun begins. Im gonna go back and stalk your videos of your air bnb.. I love everything you have done. Mine will just be on a much smaller scale. The best part is knowing I will have done everything to this tiny house down to pouring the footing..I have cancer so its gonna be a slow go but like I said. Its TINY.. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALLOWING US TO FOLLOW YOU ON YOUR LIFE JOURNEY💓💓💓
It's looking great. Rather than shortening the entire drawer to fit around the pipes, I've seen videos where they've built the inside of the drawer into a U shaped drawer. You don't lose the depth of the sides of it but the U gives you the space for the pipes.

I tried to refinish an antique little table and it has been a nightmare! I ended up having to paint the base and the top refinished and stained doesn't look AMAZING, but it'll do since it's just for our own house for now. You always inspire me!

Cut out the middle of the drawer from the back and wall it in around where the pipe will go. That way you are not losing most of your drawer space,
I’m so glad you showed another beyond paint video. I painted a dresser and made a coffee bar in my kitchen a few months ago and I love the way it turned out. I did it based on some of your previous videos.

Congrats on the 200K!!! The table looks great, can’twait to see the sink attached! When cutting down the drawer, consider just cutting a slot from the rear of the drawer to the connect with the hole for the sink. This will leave you the same space in the front but also a nice long space on the two sides. You will still need to frame out the drawer around the cut-out but you will have a lot more drawer space. No such thing as too much space in a vanity. 😆

200k, way to go!!!🎉🎉 Love this whole bathroom, and the end table vanity is perfect for a short term rental space! Instead of losing the entire back half of the drawer, maybe take out the middle and leave a C shaped drawer space. It would give you a bit more space, but also give the drawer more stability when you slide it open.

Since watching you use Beyond paint night kitchen, I managed to convince my hubby to use it in our kitchen update! Taking 1990’s yellowed oak cabinets and freshening up with Nantucket on the bottoms and soft grey on the uppers! My kitchen will be my forever dream when finished!

Loving the reno! Just a tip, make sure to leave enough space for your hand and cleaning cloth between the wall and the bowl on the vanity to be able to clean there properly.

After so much research and watching your videos over and over I got the Beyond paint countertop kit in the bright white. I am so excited! I found Vlasper furniture and cabinet paint at Lowes for $9 in thr clearance section. Was a whole gallon! Originally $59! I scored big time! It was in a soft gray color! So I painted my vanity and then going to tackle the countertops next. I am also going to spray paint my faucets and towel ring matte black to match my new knobs and handles. I think the whole remodel will be under $300 for everything. I also got this cool stuff to frame out my mirrors and you can buy undermount sinks for like $40 online. When I get it done I will definitely send you a PM of the before and after!

I've used beyond pain for a number of DIY projects including refinishing my kitchen cupboards and several pieces of furniture. It really is great stuff. I always use a foam roller which gives a smooth matte finish.

Cut a square U shape into drawer around pipe so you can have a sturdy drawer to pull out and more storage space!

That turned out beautiful! I would suggest making the drawer a U shape around the drain. Much easier to use than a short drawer..... from experience.

I've been on the search for a nightstand exactly like that one and here you are turning it into something else. Well, guess I wasn't going to find it where I live so you got to it first. It's awesome. My bathroom is painted that same color blue, has been for years and have no intention of changing it.

Great! Turn the draw into a U shape it will give you much more storage going around the pipe rather than shortening the whole draw.

I would like to suggest that you go back and paint the underside of the piece…to protect it from the elements in the bathroom and to give it a true professional look.

Good job! 👏👏👏 Just make certain they double-varnished the drywall behind the tile, or put up waterproof drywall. Otherwise, water may seep through the tiles to the wall. 😉

If you don’t want the hassle of running 2 air bnbs could you use them both as longer term rentals? Won’t bring in as much rental but less hassle. The rental income will build up your credit rating and allow you to draw down on the house equity towards financing your future forever home.

@@FurnitureFlippingTeacher PS. And if you rent them both furnished via your flipping skills, you can charge additional rent. Also by long term renting, your tenants will cover the cost of utilities which will save you those costs too.
You could do a little flip out with the drawer the way some people do in their kitchens.

Drill the hole with the drawer all the way in that way you will know the maximum usable depth of the drawer.

I often see these types of end tables at thrift stores for about $10 so I personally would never have bought if for the price you paid. I'm looking forward to seeing the whole bathroom done!

Hi, I just started my first flip. I have a pine side table with a drawer, I’m changing the wood knob to a metal one and painting it grey except the top which I’m waxing. Sound good? 😁

Think about only cutting the middle out of the drawer. Leave both sides the original depth so you have more storage.
Your painting is great, but consider putting a dark wax on the details. It makes a big difference and gives the piece depth.

I love the vanity but I would enclose underneath due to seeing the drain pipes etc.
