i wasn't gonna subscribe after watching a video on how to play my game on linux but after watching this one i think you deserve more subscribers, you are on the good side lol
You're guitar style and composition really reminds me of Minor Threat. If you haven't grown up listening to them, I highly recommend giving them a listen (especially if you're skeptical because their songs are typically a minute and 45 seconds long 😆).
Haha this song is definitely influenced by punk, I was into it back in high school. For some reason I didn't get into Minor Threat but I just listened to some of their discography and I can see why they're so influential, great riffs and energy. I noticed they did a song called "Guilty of Being White" hahah looks like they really were ahead of their time.
It's a knockoff of a Fender strat I bought on Amazon for less than $100 as a project guitar knowing that I'd be upgrading it. There's lots of different brands of these copies, this one is a Glarry but I painted over the headstock. I upgraded the tuners, bridge, pickups, and electronics, so now it's a really solid guitar and is comparable to a low end Fender. Also the body is incredibly light, lighter than any Squier or Fender that I've held, so I really like it.

The pickup side looks like a fender. What guitar is that?
