its pretty neat that when I first heard this versions of the duke theme it seemed ok, but it just keeps getting a bit more epic the more I listened to it.
I hope to see an epic Duke Nukem comeback someday (duke nukem forever was pretty fun, but I want something that is way more epic than the forever game and maybe even duke3d), even if I am a Serious Sam fan, can't wait for SS4 btw, I would still love to see an awesome duke game.

It turns out these voice clips specifically come from Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project; a criminally-underrated title that has gone largely forgotten and has more or less been officially recognized by Apogee Software as the second-best Duke Nukem game after Duke Nukem 3D.
By the way, "Take that you dirty rat!" is actually meant to be taken literally, as the enemies in this game are mutant animals, rather than aliens. Of course, it has its own "pigcops" as well, complete with riot gear and everything.

@kaushikpaddy I want Duke Nukem to find Megadeth playing this in-game and say STOP PISSING AROUND and he plays. As he does his theme in the best possible way, Chuck Norris walks in and plays bass guitar. Arnold walks in and turns into Ian Anderson, playing the theme on electric flute. Gabe Newell walks in and begins dancing. A nuclear bomb goes off, but the building was made of lead. Duke Nukem thought this was pussified, so the new band played outside during the explosion. Oh, and so did Gaben.

its the radiation symbol, usually refering to nukes, hence duke "Nukem". Yes Jonny has the same symbol on his shirt, but that doesn't meen the two are related.

He wrote a similar note structure for the theme of Duke Nukem and it remains the most well known version of it. A lot of the remixes are either based off of it or the original Midi score.

A russian soldier sneaked up on both of them, blew off half of Simo's head, and Simo proceed to shoot both of them, killing the Russian. What ever happened to Duke Nukem? He was the shit back in the day. If a Nukem movie was made I would totally watch it.
@IntelgratedShiznit they have the ego meter when you get shot and fail his ego goes down but when you start kicking alien ass it goes back up. Clever I thought. Either way this game is going to the fucking bomb regardless of health meter system.

No, they didnt close, it is back in development and they are making a fan site. Yes, it is true that 3DRealms laid off a bunch of people but the game is still being made. Check it out on wikipedia.
