Operation Wikinger in a nutshell. 2 destroyers sunk and 1 more damaged, out of 6 ships, without any contact with the enemy. And the Germans didn't have many ships to spare.

The reason I bailed and instantly ran for the hills during The Incident was because I've had something similar happen in a different op on Kujari, where a minor accident between two pickup trucks set off sympathetic detonations of all 4 pickup trucks in the immediate area. As soon as the first one went off, I *knew* the rest were going to go off. In retrospect, I should've probably yelled "Get away from the trucks!" but hindsight is 20/20 and I've got 20/150 IRL.

That was a B-61 Ivan dropped, which is a US made weapon. So if he did indeed have a cousin that found it on an old Soviet Submarine that raises more questions than answers. Though perhaps during the Cold War some Spetsnaz snuck into Incirlik Airbase and grabbed a few of the weapons stored there, keeping them covertly on a Sub in the Black Sea fleet should a false flag operation ever be ordered that required radiological matching to US produced fissile materials. That'd actually be a really cool Arma op now that I think about it.

Bah. You can arm any weapon assuming you can track down the wires to the initiation detonators. Everything else just follows along. Actual nukes need timing. The Litter of Kittens Cluster munition just needs activating before it hits the ground. Which we did by connecting a wire to a bunch of Lazer rangefinders and a programmable controller.

That 'incident' scene is the same energy as a cartoon character flooring the brakes of their car right before they hurtle into a fuel truck, sighing in relief, but randomly exploding anyway.
Imagine this as a movie. Taliban attack a UN convoy in the African Savanah, mercs are sent in to "rescure them" but their real mission is to secure the town the Taliban are holding the prisoners hostage because it has oil and Shell wants it. They have a few skirmishes with the Taliban, but despite the mercs having a crazy Russian Cessna pilot with rockets, the Taliban are much stronger than anticipated having more numbers and a tank. This forces the mercs to ask a nearby town that also hates the Taliban for assistance. The town has an outdated T-62 tank and some militiamen, together they storm the town, the T-62 faces against the Taliban tank (Idk a T-72 or something) but both are old as shit and in the clunkist tank battle ever (both break down, both are firing 60+ year old ammunition etc etc) the T-62 ends up winning. For the Climax, the milita and some of the mercs are pinned down by a bunch of technicals, but other mercs manage to overrun a Taliban camp with Grads and use them to destroy the technicals. I will make this a movie.
The fucking 4 laws at his feet got me. Since in the video it seems like it makes sense, since why wouldn't a player for some reason take 4 laws even though the enemy probably does not have tanks. But when you think about the fact that it is literally something that happened in Ukraine it kind of makes the world a very weird place. And also just makes me laugh about how weird it is.
I mean, given how 'organization' and 'common sense' are kinda in short supply in Ukraine right now, I think some random militiaman/merc/volunteer/Ukrainian soldier grabbing 4 fucking LAWs "Just in case" they found a Russian tank is pretty reasonable!
