Hi CCC family. It has come to my attention that I have some spammers in my comments. Please ignore these people. This is my pattern. I did not copy it or even know that one “like” it existed. In the world of art we will see many people who have similar projects. This does not mean they were copied. I appreciate everyone’s support.
For anyone wondering about the missing stitches in R7, you can simply follow row 7 as it is. So you end up with 44 stitches. In the next row, all you have to do is crochet 2TC, ch 2, 2Tc in the same stitch instead of 2Tc ch2 in one stitch and 2tc in the next st.
THANK YOU! its y first granny square EVER. I dont believe how beautiful it turned out, im gonna practice with this video so much! thank you again for the calm explanations and time you put into this!
I had 54 sc not 57. So next row did 3sc instead of 4sc. Worked out perfect for my squares as had 15 stitches between corners. Next round added 2sc 2ch 2sc each cnr and ended up same as my other squares with 19 stitches between cnrs. Last round hdc - perfect size👏tx for the pattern. Lovely.
Thank you for this fantastic tutorial! I am an intermediate crocheter, so I had a couple of bumps in the road while trying to complete this granny square but was successful in the end. Much love!
Thank you so much for this video…I just wrote the whole thing down…in my language Afrikaans…I’m going to do my dishes first and then back to crochet…lol❤

@@CustomComfyCrochetByDawnMarie I just bought that other pattern and yeah, they are different. similar, but obviously a crocheted eye square can only vary in so many ways. this one is smaller and more compact and I like that about it very much
@@CustomComfyCrochetByDawnMarie I agree. The patterns are different. I prefer yours. Thank you and I'm sorry you're dealing with bad comments on your video! ❤
Wonderful tutorial and wonderful design. However, I have one question, how do we get 57 stitches in the silver round. Since in the previous round we made 44 stitches and just add 8 more in the chain spaces, the total number of stitches in the silver round should be 52. How do we add 5 more stitches in the round?
glad you asked this because following the pattern exactly will get you 52 stitches every time! we aren't 'missing stitches' they aren't there to begin with...
Hola, muchas gracias por este tutorial. Quiero hacerme un jersey con este diseño, ¿es mejor continuar todo el cuadrado con puntos medios o altos? Gracias
Thankyou so much for this tutorial, it’s absolutely gorgeous and you are very talented to figure this out! I’m thinking of making a bag with my granny squares ☺️ also, I love the nails!! 💕💕
thank you so much for this pattern, it looks amazing and its really fun to do! i just have a question, how many stitches should there be after every round? somehow every single test square i make has a different count before the 57 lmao. thank you once again and have a great day/night!
heyy, this tutorial is super helpful. I have a question tho. I want to make a bag out of those granny squares and I really need help, because I dont have a clue how much yarn I need to buy. I dont want to buy too much since yarn is pretty expensive but I´m also afraid I´m gonna run out of material. Do you have tips?
Hi! I thing it would work if you make more rounds until is getting bigger for the bed size😊 I am working at a large blanket too, and for me, a teenager it's a little bit hard because of the school stress😬
@Custom Comfy Crochet By Dawn Marie ohh okay got it! I just finished my first one and it turned out amazing! I'm planning to make a blanket out of them.

also it cant be 57 it must be 56 because 57 doesnt divide by 4 :/
@@salmynka1885I am interested in making this. Can it be done with 52 stitches? Is that the correct amount? Thx! :-)

I would just buy a skein of each color and that should be enough for a bag. But it depends on how big of a bag you are making?
Is itfor begginers ?
if i want to keep making my granny square bigger... how should i do that?? do i keep repeating rows 9/10/11??
You can do that
What is THREE WAY YARN? Are you referring to # 3 yarn in lieu of #4 worsted weight?
I’m referring to “weight 3 yarn”
Thank you so much! ❤
I do not have 3 weight yarn…would cotton yarn be comparable whereas it’s thinner.?
You can really use any weight yarn you’d like. 3 weight was just my preference. I think cotton yarn would look great 😊
When closing up the pink going into purple it didn’t say how to connect before moving into purple
Join with a slip stitch to your first sc
Do you have a pattern and can it be made as 1 large blanket. My daughter wants it for her full size bed
I am only offering the video for my pattern. You could make this into a blanket by making multiple squares
Thanks she saw a photo with 1 eye. Kids they get a look and yhat what they want. Lol

Thanks♪(・ω・)ノ
Can anyone tell me how big the finished square is?
It’s approximately 7”x7” but your tension, size of hook, and yarn will affect this
How large would you say these squares turn out?
Totally depend on your yarn size, hook size, and tension.
16:09
can someone please tell me what a chain space is? 10:25
Let’s say you make a single crochet and a chain 2 - that chain 2 would be a chain space
@@CustomComfyCrochetByDawnMarie is it where the little hole is?
