@@POOCOMESFROMFOOD my comment wasn’t about Tom, but the maker of the pack not ensuring he knew about it and providing him with a pair. That’s surprising.

I definitely agree with him when he said that "just because a shoe looks good, doesn't mean it'll look good on you" !!!!!!!! I wish that everyone could understand that fact!!!!!
Sometimes Tom can seem a little off in interviews but you managed to get him interested and chatty which is nice to see, also a genuine reaction to the gift luv'ley.
This is why Tom Hardy is such a legend. He is so down to earth, real, so relatable, genuine, immensely talented and very intelligent. My favorite kicks is Jordan Retro 5 Fire Red.

Just the way how he talked about the shoes and how he wore em shows you he’s a Legit sneaker head. He talked about em with admiration and appreciation.
"You should wear whats in the box" is all I needed to hear. What a humble man. He was thinking of his kids before they were even born. Shoes in perfect condition but the soles rotted. He wanted his kids to enjoy something he couldn't as a kid. As a father of two young kids, I can totally get that.
Love this guy. You can tell celebrity status isn't something he is aware of. Even after all these years. He's still just a regular, low-key guy in his mind.
This man is special to me cause I know what kinda life he came from before he made it and I love and respect him as an actor and a human being great episode💯💯😁❤️
as a guy who lived a "sneakers guy" life all my life. i really enjoyed this genuine episode. really appreciate Joe and Tom for these amazing personal stories
The thing I love most about Tom hardy, is he speaks his mind yes, but he's also very specific when he speaks. He reminds me so much of Daniel Day-Lewis I would love to see those to work together
shoutout Joe for hitting Ronnie up; he knew he could try getting the pack for TOM HARDY if he asked, but even Tom was super surprised by it and didn't even know the pack existed, this a goooood episode

Have watched these for ages and enjoy but like other commenters have said, this was a great interview always lovely to see Tom relaxed and clearly enjoying himself. Honestly didn’t realise he was so into this and his knowledge base, very cool.
Best episode since Timberlake, honestly, ppl who actually care and have a connection to the trainers rather then what’s the most expensive are infinitely better guests every single time.
Down to earth guy, knows and loves his sneakers. Just as an add on, his final scene in Dunkirk movie where his character landed his plane on the beach was sooooo good.
Tom Hardy a legend both acting and music. He actually has rap features as "Frankie Pullitzer" with rap legend "Inspectah Deck" from Wu-Tang and other greats. Hardy actually dope with it too🔥🔥
Just because I saw Tom here on this channel I am visiting for the first time, I subscribed and now I'm gonna go and watch one of Tom's best performances: Legend.
Tom is an epic dude - fantastic actor , comes across as a genuine guy with a lot more to his personal self than he lets on . It’s amazing how Tom can be so down to earth , knowledgeable, honest , comes across as a real guy who loves trainers , has worked super hard to get where he is today , yet when you see some others give interviews it doesn’t carry the same authenticity esp when musicians do interviews on Hodinkee
That Kith X Marvel X Asics collab was such a dope set of pairs with Venom and Spiderman...they r definitely my 2 favorite Marvel characters and adding the comic into the pack just makes it that much better...Tom Hardy should of had that gifted to by Asics just for the fact that he has been the Venom character for 8 years now...the apparel that Kith comes out with all these Marvel collabs is always so dope but its impossible to get ur hands on it for retail cuz it sells out so quick but graphics r always amazing
The fact one of my favorite actors played my all time favorite comic character is a true gift. Still hoping to see him go toe to toe with Spidey eventually.
As a new golf nerd, I love hearing the “feel vs real” conversation come up in things outside of golf. Interesting to hear Tom say what you feel like you’re doing when you act doesn’t necessarily translate on camera. Love this guy.
Tom is the absolute GOAT. Humble, kind, loves dogs, makes spectacular movies, the list goes on. he NEEDS to be the next James Bond, he is perfect for the role!
I’m always amazed over the way Joe transports every guess to their childhood just talking about their stories with sneakers, really knowledgeable dude 🔥. Great job!.
Tom Hardy putting on his glasses was a real “I am not left handed!” moment lol. He already impressed me with his sneaker knowledge and then he goes “let me get serious.”

if they cut out stars who arnt sneeker heads it not gonna be a show with many episodes.
🤣 I'm sure he's queueing up for the next Baklava release

Justin Timberlake was the exception this year

That's a skater thing originally I think
@ not that I know off and in the 80’s and 90’s the London streets weren’t really influenced by skate but may have come about the same time.
