TODAY'S RECIPE IS Tea Time Almond Cake Recipe | No Egg No Oven Cake Recipe | Eggless Almond Cake | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Sweet curd 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Melted butter 1/4 cup
Mix well
All purpose flour 1 cup
Almond flour 1/4 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/3 cup
Chopped almond 2 tbsp
Vanilla 1 tsp
Mix well
7 inch greased pan
Chopped almond
Place the mould in a preheated pan
Cook for 35-45 mins on medium flame or bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

To be honest, it's not actually burnt. It's taken that colour because she's used sweet curd and look at the colour of the curd and finished mixture. It's not exactly creamy white, hence the finished result.
