Thanks for the video. I’m up in low desert hour north of LA zone 9b. Trying my luck with banana plants. Have 5 different including rajapuri planted in March. Unless I missed it…. It’s been a while since you’ve updated us on your banana plant. Maybe not best time currently. Spring perhaps. Thanks again
I planted Brussel sprouts and broccoli but neither veggie has developed. The leaves are big and green but not much else happening. Same with my cabbages except the leaves have been the same size for months. 😢
Thanks for the video! I live in Irvine CA and I'm having all issues with pests, like aphids, worms, grubs, brown grasshopper, rats, etc., even on plants that are known to repel pests (green onion, garlic). Do you have any recommendation of fruits/vegetables that are prone to pests in your experience?
I use worm tea and worm castings to build soil quality to make them naturally resist insects. I also use water to hose down pests like aphids and I hand pick and discard worms. For slugs and snails, I use beer traps or sometimes Iron Phosphate (organic) . Hope that helps!
How is this harvest even possible? You live in California? I live in San Francisco, its getting chillier and all my plants are barely surviving with care :( Please share how you care for your plants in winter, please!

Are those limes sweet when they are fully ripe? I've been thinking about getting one, thanks.
No, these are very sour when ripe!
