I do this Tomos and use it on my roses. Luckily bananas are my favourite fruit so I never have a shortage of peels. I've never chopped them up though and I don't dilute the mixture. I wonder if it makes any difference. It is so nice to see a young person like you enjoying gardening. I'm sure it's what keeps me fit and agile as a lot of my friends are full of aches and pains. Gardening is better than a gym membership! Take care.
